Abstract

본 발명은 빌트인 코더(built-in coder)를 구비하고, 정보 인식 장치가 장착된 베어링용 시일로서, 밀봉립(sealing lips)을 구비한 밀봉 부재(14)는 2개의 지지체(11, 15)와 접촉하고 있고, 그 지지체에는 센서 부재 및 코더 부재(18)가 고정되어 있고, 원통형 장착면(12, 16)이 마련되어 있는 시일에 관한 것이다. 상기 지지체(11) 중 하나는 상기 코더 부재(18)에 대하여 상기 센서 부재(8)용 위치 조정 및 유지 수단(26, 27)에 의해, 그리고 지탱면(25)에 의해 반경 방향으로 연장되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

제3도는 베어링의 내외부 2개의 레이스 사이에 있고, 제1도에 도시된 빌트인 코더를 구비하며, 정부 인식 장치가 장착된 시일 조립체의 반경 방향 단면도.
제4도는 제1도에 도시된 빌트인 코더를 구비하고, 정보 인식 장치가 장착된 회전 샤프트 상에서의 시일 조립체의 반경 방향 단면도.
제5도는 제2도에 도시된 시일 상의 센서 부재의 조립체의 평면도.

Claims (5)

  1. 빌트인 코더(built-in coder)를 구비하고, 정보 인식 장치가 장착된 베어링용 시일로서, 밀봉립(sealing lips)을 구비한 밀봉 부재(14)는 2개의 지지체(11, 15)와 접촉하고 있고, 그 지지체에는 센서 부재 및 코더 부재(18)가 고정되어 있고, 원통형 장착면(12, 16)이 마련되어 있는 시일에 있어서, 상기 지지체(11) 중 하나는 상기 코더 부재(18)에 대하여 상기 센서 부재(2)를 위치 조정하고 유지하는 수단(26, 27)에 의해, 그리고 지탱면(25)에 의해 반경 방향으로 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 시일.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 시일의 외부 원통형 장착면(12)은 환상의 지탱면(25)에 의해 반경 방향으로 연장되고, 상기 지탱면은 상기 센서 부재(2)용 위치 조정 안내부(26)에 의해, 그리고 상기 안내부(26)의 센서 부재용 탄성 유지수단(27)에 의해 부분적으로 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 시일.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 센서 부재 및 상기 탄성 유지 수단(27)은 장착하는 안내부(26)는 상기 지탱면(25)과 그 면의 국부적인 연장부(28)에서 부분적으로 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 시일.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 장착 안내부(26)와 상기 탄성 유지 수단(27)은 2개의 탄성 레그(31) 사이에 기능적으로 절곡되고, 상기 센서 부재(2)를 정지시키는 부분(32)에 의해 보강된 상기 안내부의 연부에 의해 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 시일.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 유지 수단의 탄성 레그(31)는 상기 지지체(11)의 지탱면(25)의 부분적인 연장부(28)의 외연부 상에, 그리고 대응하는 탄성 레그(31)를 구비한 상기 정지부(32)의 접합부 상에 모두 배치된 2개의 절곡부(31a, 31b) 사이에서 각가 연장하며, 상기 절곡부(31a, 31b) 사이에서 점진적으로 단면이 감소하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시일.
