Abstract

본 발명은 앵글 부재의 단부면을 정해진 각도로 경사 절단할 수 있게 하는 앵글 부재 절단 장치에 관한 것이다. 공구 카트리지(21)의 부착 기판(25)상에 고정날부착블럭(26)을 설치한다. 고정날 부착 블럭(26)에 90도의 개방 각도를 갖는 V형 안내부(27)를 설치한다. 안내부(27)의 배면측에 제1고정날(22) 및 제2고정날(23)을 V자 형상으로 고정한다. 안내부(27)의 저부에 각 고정날(22,23)에 대응하는 가이드면(30,31)을 갖는 앵글 부재 가이드부(29)를 설치한다. 각 가이드면(30,31)은 각 고정날(22,23)의 절단선에 대해 상부에서 보아 θ의 각도로 하고, 또한 수직선에 대해 아래쪽으로 45도의 경사로 되어있다. 양 가이드면(30,31)의 교차 정점(32)를 양 고정날(22,23)의 교차점과 일치시킨다. θ의 각도를 변경함으로써 앵글 부재 단부면의 절단 각도를 바꿀 수 있다.

제1도는 본 발명의 제1실시예에 관한 앵글 부재 절단 장치의 주요부 분해 사시도.

Claims (6)

  1. 90도의 개방 각도를 갖고 V자형으로 부착된 제1고정날 및 제2고정날과, 이들 양 고정날의 한 측면측에서 승각하고 선단이 대략 V자형을 이루는 가동날과, 상기 양 고정날 교차부의 반 가동날측에 설치된 앵글 부재 가이드부를 구비하고, 상기 앵글 부재 가이드부는 상기 각 고정날에 대응하는 2개의 가이드면을 갖고, 이들 각 가이드면은 각 고정날의 절단선에 대해 상부에서 보아 θ의 각도를 이루는 동시에 수직선에 대해 아래쪽으로 45도의 경사를 갖고 또한 양 가이드면의 교차 정점은 양 고정날의 교차점과 일치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 앵글 부재 절단 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 양 고정날은 블럭형의 공구 카트리지에 고정되고 또한 가동날은 공구 카트리지에 승강가능하게 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 앵글 부재 절단 장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 공구 카트리지는 가동날의 반 고정날측을 지지하는 가이드 부재를 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 앵글 부재 절단 장치.
  4. 선단이 대략 산형상을 이루는 고정날과 90도의 개방 각도를 갖고 역 V 자형으로 설치되고 상기 고정날의 한 측면측에서 승강하는 제1가동날 및 제2가동날과, 이들 양 가동날 교차부의 반고정날측에 설치된 앵글 부재 가이드부를 구비하고, 상기 앵글 부재 가이드부는 상기 각 가동날에 대응하는 2개의 가이드면을 갖고, 이들 각 가이드면은 각 가동날의 절단선에 대해 상부에서 보아 θ의 각도를 이루는 동시에 수직선에 대해 윗쪽으로 45도의 경사를 갖고, 또한 양 가이드면의 교차 정점은 양 가동날의 교차점과 일치하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 앵글 부재 절단 장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 고정날은 블럭형의 공구 카트리지에 고정되고 또한 양 가동날은 공구 카트리지에 승강가능하게 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 앵글 부재 절단 장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 공구 카트리지는 고정날의 반 가동날측을 지지하는 고정날 가이드를 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 앵글 부재 절단 장치.
