Abstract
작동 수명이 증가된 20 내지 100A의 정격전류 개폐용 전기 접촉재는 3.2 내지 19.9중량%의 산화주석, 0.05 내지 0.4중량%의 산화인듐, 0.05 내지 0.4중량%의 산화비스무트 및 잔여량의 은으로 이루어진다. 분말야금법으로 재료를 제조하는 과정에서, 산화주석의 60중량% 이상의 입자 크기는 1㎛ 이상이어야 한다.

Claims (5)
- 3.2 내지 19.9중량%의 산화주석, 0.05 내지 0.4중량%의 산화인듐, 0.05 내지 0.4중량%의 산화비스무트 및 잔여량의 은으로 이루어져 있음을 특징으로 하는, 은-주석 산화물과 첨가량의 산화인듐 및 산화비스무트를 기본으로 하여 분말야금법으로 제조된 전기 접촉재용 소결재료.
- 은 분말 및 다른 산화물 분말과 혼합하기 전의 산화주석 분말의 60중량% 이상의 입자 크기가 1㎛ 이상임을 특징으로 하여, 분말을 혼합하고, 분말 혼합물을 냉각 등압 압축성형(cold isostatic pressing)시키고, 500 내지 940℃의 온도에서 소결시키고 압출시켜 와이어(wire) 또는 프로파일(profile)을 형성함으로써 제1항에 따르는 소결재료를 제조하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 산화비스무트 분말이 산화주석 분말과 열반응되어, 60중량% 이상의 입자 크기가 1㎛ 이상인 Bi2Sn2O7혼합 산화물 분말을 형성하고, 이렇게 혼합된 산화물 분말이 은 분말 및 산화인듐 분말과 혼합됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 통상의 산화주석이, 분말의 60중량% 이상의 입자 크기가 1㎛ 이상으로 될 때까지 700 내지 1400℃의 온도에서 어닐링(annealing)됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 통상의 산화주석이 통상의 산화비스무트와 함께, 혼합된 산화물 분말의 60중량% 이상의 입자 크기가 1㎛ 이상으로 될 때까지, 700 내지 1400℃의 온도에서 어닐링됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
