Abstract
형상화된 물품 및 그 물품을 제조하는 방법이 기재되어 있다. 이 방법은 하나 또는 그 이상의 고체 수지 또는 하나 또는 그 이상의 액체 수지일 수 있는 열경화성 수지와 소수성 필터, 일시적인 유기 바인더 및 임의적으로 유효한 압출 보조제로 이루어진 원료물질의 혼합물을 형성하는 단계를 포함한다. 수지가 액체일 때 필러는 적어도 탄화가 가능해야 하고, 수지가 고체일땐 필러는 탄화가 가능하고/또는 무기물질일 수 있다. 상기 혼합물은 형상화된 물품으로 압출되고, 건조된 후, 수지는 경화된다. 경화된 물품은 더욱 탄화되고 활성화 될 수 있다. 활성탄, 특히 허니컴은 워크스트림으로부터 성분들을 흡착하는데 사용되어 질 수 있다.

Claims (10)
- a) 하나 이상의 고체 수지 및 하나 이상의 액체 수지로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 열경화성 수지와 친수성 필러, 일시적 유기 바인더, 및 0 내지 유효량의 압출 보조제로 이루어지는 원료물질의 혼합물을 형성하는 단계, 여기서, 수지가 액체 수지일땐 필러는 탄화가 가능한 물질로 이루어지고 수지가 고체수지일 때는 필러는 탄소화가 가능한 물질, 무기 물질 및 이것들의 화합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 물질로 이루어지며 ; b) 원료물질 혼합물을 형상화된 물품으로 압출하는 단계 ; c) 형상화된 물품을 건조하는 단계 ; 및 d) 수지를 경화시키는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 형상화된 물품을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 형상화된 물품을 탄화시켜 탄소 바디를 제조하고 및/또는 탄소 바디를 활성화시켜 바디를 형성하고 추가적인 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 형상화된 물품을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 혼합물내의 필러 함량이 약 10~85가스 중량% 및/또는 혼합물내의 수지에 대한 필러의 무게비가 약 0.2~4.0인 것을 특징으로 하는 형상화된 물품을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항 ,제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 바디가 임의적으로 원료물질을 압출시켜 허니컴 구조로 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 형성화된 물품을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 필러는 셀룰로오즈 섬유, 코튼 섬유, 나무 섬유, 시살 섬유와 이들의 화합물들로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것 ; 천연 원료물질 혼합물에 추가적으로 무기 필러가 포함된 것 ; 무기 필러는 코디어라이트, 클레이, 탈크, 알루미노실리케이트 섬유, 광물질 필러 및 이들의 화합물들로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것 ; 원료물질 혼합물에 소수성 유기필러가 추가적으로 포함된 것 ; 수지가 페닐성레졸인 것 ; 수지가 고체 수지인 것 ; 필러가 탄화가 가능한 원료로 구성된 것 ; 탄화가 가능한 필러가 셀룰로오즈 섬유, 코튼섬유, 나무 섬유, 시살 섬유 및 이들의 혼합물들로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것 ; 필러가 무기 물질로 구성된 것 ; 필러가 코디어라이트, 클레이, 탈크, 알루미노실리케이트 섬유 및 이들의 화합물들로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 것 ; 필러가 탄화가 가능한 무기 원료로 이루어진 것 ; 고체 수지가 노볼락인 것 ; 및 고페 수지가 주형 화합물인 것중에 적어도 하나를 부가적으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 형상화된 물품을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 원료물질 혼합물이 약 2~50%중량의 셀룰로오스 섬유, 메틸셀룰로오즈, 메틸셀룰로오즈 유도체 및 이들의 화합물들로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 약 4~10중량%의 유기 바인더, 약 0~15중량%의 소수성 유기 필러, 약 0~2중량%의 윤활제 및 나머지는 페놀성 레졸로 필수적으로 구성되어 있거나, 원료물질 혼합물이 약 2~50중량%의 셀룰로오즈 섬유, 코디어라이트 분말, 클레이, 탈크 및 이들의 혼합물들로 이루어진 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 약 30~45중량%의 무기 필러, 메틸셀룰로오즈, 메틸셀룰로오즈 유도체 및 이들의 화합물들로 이루어진 군으로부터 약 4~10%의 유기 바인더, 약 0~2%의 윤활제 및 나머지는 페놀성 레졸로 필수적으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 형상화된 물품을 제조하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 약 5~60%의 코디어라이트 분말이 추가적으로 포함되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 형상화된 물품을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조성이 약 2~50중량%의 셀룰로오즈 섬유, 코디어라이트 분말, 탈크 및 이들의 화합물들로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 약 5~50중량%의 무기 필러, 메틸셀룰로오즈, 메틸셀룰로오즈 유도체 및 이들의 화합물들로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 5~10중량%의 유기 바인더, 약 0~15중량%의 소수성 유기 필러, 약 0~2중량%의 윤활제 및 나머지는 노블락으로 필수적으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 형상화된 물품을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조성이 약 5~50중량%의 알루미노실리케이트 섬유, 약 5~50중량%의 탄화가 가능한 필러, 메틸셀룰로오즈, 메틸셀룰로오즈 유도체 및 이들의 화합물들로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 약 4~10중량%의 유기 바인더, 약 1~3중량%의 윤활제 및 나머지는 노블락로 필수적으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 형상화된 물품을 제조하는 방법.
- 워크스트림을 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 의해 제조된 물품에 통과시켜 워크스트림으로부터 하나 또는 그 이상의 성분을 제거하기 위해 상기 물품을 사용하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
