Claims (5)
- コージェライト形成材料からなる成形用調合物と有機バインダとを含有する坏土をハニカム形状に成形してハニカム成形体を作製し、前記ハニカム成形体を焼成してハニカム構造体を得るハニカム構造体の製造方法であって、前記成形用調合物が、水に対する浸漬熱が、0.31J/m2以上である親水性タルクを少なくとも含有するとともにタルク以外のマグネシウム含有物質を含有せず、前記親水性タルクの含有率が前記成形用調合物全体のタルク含有量に対して50質量%以上であるハニカム構造体の製造方法。
- 前記親水性タルクの有機バインダ吸着量が、3.6mg/m2以下である請求項1に記載のハニカム構造体の製造方法。
- 前記有機バインダが水溶性セルロース誘導体である請求項1または2に記載のハニカム構造体の製造方法。
- 前記有機バインダの含有割合は、前記成形用調合物全体に対して、5質量%以下である請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のハニカム構造体の製造方法。
- 前記成形用調合物中に、カオリン、アルミナ、水酸化アルミニウム及びシリカが含有される請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のハニカム構造体の製造方法。
