Description
Claims (5)
- 低熱膨張コージエライトセラミック体を製造する方法において、
セルロース系成分およびアルミナ源成分から構成される粉砕された予備混合物と1種類以上の無機成分とを配合して、低熱膨張コージエライト形成のためのバッチ混合物とする工程、
前記バッチ混合物に液体を加えて、可塑性バッチを形成する工程、
前記可塑性バッチを成形体に形成する工程、および
前記成形体を加熱して、前記セラミック体を形成する工程、
を有してなる方法。 - 前記配合する工程の前に、前記セルロース系成分を前記アルミナ源成分と混合し、該セルロース系成分および該アルミナ源成分を粉砕して、前記粉砕された予備混合物を形成する各工程をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記粉砕された予備混合物が25μm以下の粒径を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記粉砕された予備混合物において、前記セルロース系成分の少なくとも一部が前記アルミナ源成分で実質的に被覆されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記アルミナ源成分がベーマイトを含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
