Abstract

본 발명은 핀튜브형 열교환기에 관한 것으로, 특히 전열관 중 온도가 낮은 부위에 집중적으로 생성되는 응축수의 배수를 원할하게 하여 통풍저항에 의한 소음발생 방지하기 위한 핀 튜브형 열교환기로, 공기조화기 통풍회로내에 소정의 간격으로 평행하게 병설되며 그 사이를 기류가 흐르도록 한 핀군과; 이 핀군에 직각으로 삽입되고 내부에 유체가 흐르도록 적어도 2열 이상 배열설치된 전열관군과; 상기 핀군의 각핀에는 절기편이 형성됨에 있어서, 상기 열교환기의 절연관(3)의 온도분포에 의해 적어도 1열에는 일부 높이가 낮은 절기편(15a')(15b')~(20b')(20c') 또는 엠보싱(15a")(15b")~(20b")(20c") 또는 이들을 동시에 성형한 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (2)

  1. 공기조화기 통풍 회로내에 소정의 간격으로 평행하게 병설되며 그 사이를 기류가 흐르도록 한 핀군과; 이 핀군에 직각으로 삽입되고 내부에 유체가 흐르도록 적어도 2열 이상 배열설치된 전열관군과; 상기 핀군의 각핀에는 절기편이 형성됨에 있어서, 상기 열교환기의 전열관의 온도분포에 의해 적어도 1열에는 일부 높이가 낮은 절기편 또는 엠보싱 또는 이들을 동시에 성형한 것을 특징으로 하는 핀 튜브형 열교환기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 또 다른 1열은 기류 출구부의 최종 1열과 높이가 낮은 절기편 또는 높이가 낮은 엠보싱 또는 이들을 함께 성형한 것을 특징으로 하는 핀 튜브형 열교환기.
