Claims (4)

  1. 압축기, 수열교환기, 수액기를 갖는 열원유닛과, 공기열교환기를 각각 갖는 복수대의 실내유닛으로 이루어지고, 압축기, 수열교환기, 수액기 및 공기열교환기를 접속하여 냉동사이클을 구성하는 공기조화기에 있어서, 상기 수열교환기를 상기 압축기 및 수액기 보다도 윗쪽에배치한 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 조화기.
  2. 압축기 및 복수의 수열교환기를 갖는 열원유닛과, 공기열교환기를 각각 갖는 복수개의 실내유닛과 이루어지고 압축기, 각 수열교환기의 병렬회로, 각 공기열교환기를 접속하여 냉동사이클을 구성하는 공기조화기에 있어서, 상기 수열교환기의 냉매유로에 설치한 적어도 1개이상의 2방향밸브와 상기 냉동사이클의 고압축 압력을 검지하는 압력센서와, 이 압력센서의 검지결과에 따라서 상기 2방향 밸브를 개폐제어하는 수단을 더 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 1개이상의 2방향 밸브는 상기 수열교환기와 공기열교환기 사이의 냉매유로에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기.
  4. 제1,2또는 3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 수열교환기는 동축적으로 2개의관을 배치한 2중관으로 구성되며, 한쪽관에는 냉매가 유통되고 다른 한쪽관에는 물이 유통되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기.
