Abstract

복수의 전환밸브로 이루어진 전환밸브집합체의 연결방향 길이를 단축하고, 소형인 고집적의 전환밸브집합체를 얻는 것을 목적으로 한다.
1개의 밸브몸체(10) 안에 복수의 전환밸브기구(6a,6b)를 상하 다단상으로 내장해서 이루어진 복합형 전환밸브(1)를, 폭방향으로 복수접합해서 연결하는 것을 구성으로 한다.

전환밸브집합체
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명에 관한 전환밸브 집합체의 정면도이다, 제2도는 제1도의 전환밸브 집합체의 평면도이다, 제3도는 제1도의 전환밸브 집합체의 측면도이다, 제4도는 한개의 복합형 전환밸브의 측면도이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 압력유체의 흐름을 전환하는 복수의 전환밸브기구(6a, 6b)를 상하 다단상으로 내장해서 이루는 복합형 전환밸브(1)를, 폭방향으로 필요한 수를 연결한 것을 특징으로 하는 전환밸브 집합체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 복합형 전환밸브(1)에 내장된 각 전환밸브기구(6a, 6b)가, 압력유체의 흐름을 전환하는밸브부재(12)와, 그 밸브부재(12)를 구동하는 구동기구(15)를 각각 보유하고 있어서, 각 밸브부재(12)가 한개의 밸브몸체(10)의 내부에 상하 다단상으로 배치됨과 아울러, 각 구동기구(15)가 그 밸브몸체(10)에 일체로 조립되고, 상기한 밸브몸체(10)가, 폭방향의 양 측면으로 형성되어진 연결을 위한 접합면(18)과, 그 접합면(18)에 개구해서 연접하는 복합형 전환밸브(1)의 통공이 서로 연결 가능하고, 각 전환밸브기구(6a, 6b)로 통하는 압력유체의 공급통공 및 배출통공을 보유하고,상기한 밸브몸체(10)의 전단면의 포트블록(5)에, 각 전환밸브기구(6a, 6b)에 개별로 연통하는 출력포트가 설치되어 있는것을 특징으로 하는 전환밸브 집합체.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기한 포트블록에, 각 전환밸브기구(6a, 6b)마다의 개별 출력포트를 설치하는 대신에,각 전환밸브기구에 공통의 출력포트를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 전환밸브 집합체.
  4. 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 구동기구(15)가 전자조작식의 파일럿 밸브로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 전환밸브집합체.
  5. 압력유체의 흐름을 전환하는 복수의 전환밸브기구(6a, 6b)를 상하 다단상으로 내장해서 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 복합형 전환밸브.
