Abstract

파일로트형 방향 전환밸브(1)를, 메인밸브부(2)와 파이로트유체에 의해 그 메인밸브부(2)를 전환하는 포펫트형 중압용 파일로트밸브(4)와 파일로트유체에 의해 그 메인밸브부(2)를 전환하는 포펫트형 중압용 파일로트 밸브(4)를 전환하는 전자파일로트밸브(3)로 구성하고, 중압용 파일로트밸브(4)를 전자파일로트밸브(3)보다 크고, 또 메인밸브부(2)에 대응한 용량으로 하므로써, 소형이고, 소비전력이 적은 전자파일로트밸브(3)를 사용해서 대용량의 메인밸브부(2)를 전환하도록 구성한다.

파일로트형 방향 전환밸브
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명의 제1실시예의 구성을 표시하는 것으로, 메인밸브부의 상반부와 하반부에서의 다른 전환상태를 표시하는 종단면도이다,
제2도는 증폭용 파일로트밸브의 구성을 표시하는 것으로, 도면에서의 우측 절반과 좌측 절반에서의 다른 전환상태에 표시하는 종단면도이다,
제3도는 제1실시예의 구성을 도면기호를 사용하여 표시한 구성도이다,
제4도는 본 발명의 제2실시예의 구성을 표시하는 것으로, 메인밸브부의 상반부와 하반부, 전자파일로트밸브 및 증폭용 파일로트밸브의 좌측 절반부와 우측 절반부에서의 다른 전환상태를 표시하는 주요부의 종단면도이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 유체가 흐르는 복수의 포오트 및 이들 포오트 사이의 연통을 전환하는 밸브부재를 구비한 메인밸브부와, 그 메인밸브부의 파일로트실에 대해서 파일로트유체를 급배하므로써, 상기한 밸브부재를 전환하는 파일로트밸브부를 구비한 파일로트형 방향 전환밸브에 있어서, 상기한 파일로트밸브부를, 상기한 메일밸브부(2)의 파일로트실(14)에 대해서 파일로트유체를 급배하는 포펫형 증폭용 파일로트밸브(4)와, 그 증폭용 파일로트밸브(4)를 파일로트유체에 의해 전환하는 솔레노이드 구동의 전자파일로트밸브(3)로 구성하고, 상기한 증폭용 파일로트밸브(4)위 용량을, 상기한 전자파일로트밸브(3)보다 크고, 또, 메인밸브부(2)의 파일로트실(14)의 용량에 대응한 용량으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 파일로트형 방향 전환밸브.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 증폭용 파일로트밸브(4)가, 수동조작으로 파일로트유체를 메인밸브부(2)의 파일로트실(14)에 공급가능한 수동조작부를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 파일로트형 방향 전환밸브.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기한 전자파일로트밸브(3)가 메인밸브부(2)의 상면에 부착됨과 아울러, 상기한 증폭용 파일로트밸브(4)가 메인밸브부(2)의 축 방향에서의 한쪽 끝면에, 상기한 수동조작부를 메인밸브부(2)의 상방으로 향해서 부착하고, 이들 전자파일로트밸브(3) 및 증폭용 파일로트밸브(4)가 메인밸브부(2)의 공급포오트(P)에, 그 공급포오트(P)로 분기하는 파일로트 공급유로를 통해서 각각 직접 접속된 것을 특징으로 하는 파일로트형 방향 전환밸브.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기한 증폭용 파일로트밸브(4)가, 메인밸브부(2)의 축 방향에서의 한쪽 끝면에 상기한 수동조작부를 그 메인밸브부(2)의 상방으로 향해서 부착됨과 아울러, 상기한 전자파일로트밸브(3)가, 그 증폭용 파일로트밸브(4)에 있어서의 메인밸브부(2)와 반대측의 측단면에 부착되고, 상기한 전자파일로트밸브(3)에 대한 파일로트유체의 공급을, 상기한 메인밸브부(2)의 공급포오트(P)로부터 증폭용 파일로트밸브(4)를 통해서 행하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 파일로트형 방향 전환밸브.
