Abstract

수소화규소 첨가반응에 의해 경화될 수 있는 조성물을 포함하고 실리콘 수지, 에폭시알콕시실란과 알케닐실란올의 반응 생성물을 포함하는 접착 촉진제 및 알루미늄 아세틸 아세토네이트를 포함하는 경화 및 접착성이 개선된 경화성 피복 조성물이 기재되어 있다. 조성물은 티타늄 화합물도 포함할 수 있다.

Claims (9)

  1. 수소화규소 첨가반응에 의해 경화될 수 있는 조성물(A), 수소화규소 첨가반응 억제제(B), 에폭시 치환된 알콕시실란과 알케닐 작용성 실란올 말단 오가노폴리실록산과의 반응 생성물인 접착 촉진제(C) 및 금속 킬레이트 화합물(D)을 포함하는 경화성 피복 조성물을 직물에 도포하는 단계와 조성물을 직물에 도포하는 단계와 조성물을 경화시키는 단계를 포함하는, 직물의 피복방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 알케닐 작용성 실란올 말단 오가노폴리실록산이 일반식 H-(OSiR2)n(OSiRR′)m-OH(여기서, R은 탄소수 1 내지 8의 알킬 또는 아릴 그룹이고, R′는 탄소수 1 내지 8의 불포화 탄화수소 그룹이며, n 및 m은 각각 1 내지 6이다)에 따르는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, R′가 알케닐 그룹인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 금속 킬레이트 화합물이 알루미늄 아세토닐 아세토네이트인 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 피복 조성물이 에폭시 치환된 알콕시실란을 추가로 포함하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 피복 조성물이 티타늄 화합물을 추가로 포함하는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 피복 조성물이, 160 내지 175℃의 온도로 3 내지 4분 동안 가열함으로써 경화되는 방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 방법으로 처리한 합성 직물.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르 또는 폴리아미드로부터 형성되는 합성 직물.
