Abstract
이 발명은 물품의 비국재화 표시 조성을, 그 제조방법 및 사용에 관한 것이다.
이 발명에 의한 조성물은 이들 물품의 위조 또는 적합하지 않은 사용 또는 이용을 어렵게 하도륵 물품에 표시를 한다.
이 발명에 의해, 조성물은 소정 분포내에서 3.69kev-76.315kev의 Kα라인을 가지며, 이들의 물질 및/또는 원소 및/또는 정량 조성물의 물성은 육안으로 식별할 수 없는 비국재화 정보로 작용한다.

Claims (9)
- 물풀의 변조 또는 적합하지 않는 사용 또는 이용이 어려워지도록 물품에 표시할 수 있는 조성물에 있어서, 소정의 분포내에서 3.69kev-76.3157ev의 Kα라인을 가진 화학원소로 구성하여, 이들 물질 및/또는 이들의 원소 및/또는 정량 조성물의 물성 이 육안으로 식별할 수 없는 비국재화 정보(delocalized information)로 작용함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서 물성 및/또는 원소 및/또는 정량 조성물이 정보로 나타내는 소정의 물질로 사용되는 물질이 에이징처리(aging processe)에 대하여 안정성을 가지며 옥외사용에 적합한 물질임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 최소 100개의 서로 다른 정보상태를 수행할 수 있도록 함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 최소 10,000개의 서로 다른 정보상태를 수행할 수 있도록 함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 그 기억정보가 무침해방법 (noninvasive methods) 또는 최소 침해방법 (minimal invasive methods)에 의해 판독해낼 수 있도록 함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 그 선택한 화학원소는 각 코팅조성물, 캐리어재(carrier material) 또는 존재할 수 있는 사전처리층 또는 톱코드(topcoat)에서 초기에 이미 존재하지 않음을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 의한 조성물을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 소정의 코팅조성물에서 코딩용으로 구성한 화학원소를 포함하는 특성화합물중 원소의 소정함량(가급적 높은함량)을 가진 원액(stock solutions)을 제조한 다음, 소정의 특정원소 함유 원액의 소정특정량을 첨가하여 필요로 하는 소정의 코팅조성물을 코딩함을 특징으로 하는 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에서, 리소 하나의 조성물로 표시하는 물품.
- 차량, 자동차 또는 항공기의 원부품 또는 대치부품, 서류, 유가중권, 스탬프잉크, 시일, 무기류, 첵크카드 또는 예술품 등 귀중품을 표시하는데 쓰이는 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항의 조성물 사용.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
