Abstract

본 발명은 증류에 의해 지방 알콜 알킬폴리글리코사이드 용액으로부터 탄소수 8내지 30의 지방 알콜을 제거하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 증류는 하나 이상의 유하 액막 증발기와 후연결 단경로 증발기를 사용하는 몇몇 단계로 수행한다.

Claims (9)

  1. 하나 이상의 유자 액막 증발기와 후연결 단경로 증발기를 사용함을 특징으로 하여, 증류에 의해 지방 알콜 알콜폴리글리코사이드 용액으로부터 지방 알콜을 제거하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 2개의 유하 액막 증발기와 후연결 단경로 증발기가 사용되는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 유하 액막 증발기와 후연결 단경로 증발기가 사용되는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 유하 액막 증발기가 120내지 160℃, 바람직하게는 130 내지 150℃의 가열 매질 온도에서 가동되는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 유하 액막 증발기가 2내지 20mbar, 바람직하게는 3내지 10mbar의 작업 압력에서 가동되는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 액막 증발기가 100 내지 140℃의 최저 온도에서 가동되는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 유하 액막 증발기가 110 내지 130℃의 최저 온도에서 가동되는 방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 탄소수 8 내지 30의 지방 알콜이 제거되는 방법.
  9. 제1항 내지 제7항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 탄소수 8 내지 18의 지방 알콜이 제거되는 방법.
