Abstract

본 발명은 수지 필름과, 임의로, 접착제에 의해 수지 필름에 접착되어 있는 수지 필름용 지지체를 포함하는 스탠실 인쇄 시트에 있어서, 수지 필름이 한쪽 표면에 배열되어 있으며 폴리에틸헨 왁스를 포함하는 열 융해 방지층을 갖는 스텐실 인쇄 시트에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 스텐실 인쇄 시트는 더멀 헤드를 사용하는 높은 인쇄 속도에서도 천공 공정 동안 수지 필름을 파손시키지 않으며, 우수한 천공상을 제공하고, 열 융해에 장시간 우수한 내성을 나타낸다.

Claims (4)

  1. 수지 필름과, 임의로, 접착제에 의해 수지 필름에 접착되어 있는 수지 필름용 지지체를 포함하는 스텐실 인쇄 시트에 있어서, 수지 필름이 한쪽 표면에 배열되어 있으며 폴리에틸렌 왁스를 포함하는 열 융해 방지층을 갖는 스텐실 인쇄 시트.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌 왁스의 평균 분자량이 10,000 이하인 스텐실 인쇄 시트.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 열 융해 방지층이, 폴리에틸렌 왁스를 건량 기준으로 하여 0.01 내지 5g/m2의 양으로 수지 필름의 표면 위에 도포시킴으로써 제조되는 스텐실 인쇄 시트,
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 열 융해 층이, 폴리에틸렌 왁스를 건략 기준으로 하여 0.01 내지 5g/m2의 양으로 수지 필름의 표면 위에 도포시킴으로써 제조되는 스텐실 인쇄 시트.
