Abstract

본 발명은 질소산화물(NOx)정화용 촉매의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 좀더 상세하게는 제올라이트에 Rh와 Pt를 동시에 이온교환시키는 것으로 이루어지므로써 촉매활성과 열적 내구성을 향상시킬 수 있는 NOx정화용 촉매의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 제올라이트에 Rh와 Pt를 동시에 이온교환시키는 것으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 질소산화물(NOx)정화용 촉매의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 Rh와 Pt의 이온교환량은 제올라이트에 대해 각각 0.31~1.5wt.% 및 0.31.5wt.%인 것을 특징으로 하는 질소산화물(NOx)정화용 촉매의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 이온교환된 귀금속 성분의 소결현상을 방지할 수 있도록 Ca를 전체 분말성분에 대해 0.5~3wt.%첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 질소산화물(NOx) 정화용 촉매의 제조방법.
