Abstract
본 발명은 질소산화물(NOx)정화용 촉매의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 좀더 상세하게는 제올라이트에 Rh와 Pt를 동시에 이온교환시키는 것으로 이루어지므로써 촉매활성과 열적 내구성을 향상시킬 수 있는 NOx정화용 촉매의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

제2도는 열적 내구성 측정 전, 후의 촉매 정화율 변화를 나타낸 그래프.
Claims (3)
- 제올라이트에 Rh와 Pt를 동시에 이온교환시키는 것으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 질소산화물(NOx)정화용 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 Rh와 Pt의 이온교환량은 제올라이트에 대해 각각 0.31~1.5wt.% 및 0.31.5wt.%인 것을 특징으로 하는 질소산화물(NOx)정화용 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 이온교환된 귀금속 성분의 소결현상을 방지할 수 있도록 Ca를 전체 분말성분에 대해 0.5~3wt.%첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 질소산화물(NOx) 정화용 촉매의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
