Abstract

본 발명은 질소산화물(NOx) 정화용 촉매의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 좀 더 상세하게는 Rh를 제올라이트에 이온교환시키고 Rh가 산화되지 않도록 CeO2를 첨가하므로써 촉매의 활성 및 내구성을 향상시킬 수 있는 질소산화물(NOx) 정화용 촉매의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

질소산화물(NOx) 정화용 촉매의 제조방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 Ru를 이온교환시킨 촉매의 촉매정화율 특성을 나타낸 도면이고,
제2도는 CeO2를 Ru-제올라이트에 첨가하여 제조한 촉매의 촉매정화율을 나타낸 도면이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 제올라이트에 Ru를 이온교환시키고 Ru가 산화되지 않도록 CeO2를 첨가하는 것으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 질소산화물(NOx) 정화용 촉매의 제조방법
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 CeO2의 첨가량이 이온교환된 Ru의 5∼25wt.%인 것을 특징으로 하는 질소산화물(NOx) 정화용 촉매의 제조방법
