Abstract
본 발명은 튜브를 통해 유동하는 유체와 튜브의 외부 주위로 유동하는 유체 사이에 열이 전달되며 열 교환 프로세스중 튜브 외부의 유체가 비등하는 열 교환기에서 사용하기 위한 열 전달 튜브(10)에 관한 것이다. 튜브는 외부 면(13)주위로 나선형으로 연장된 적어도 하나의 핀 희선(20)을 갖는다. 노치(30)의 패턴은 튜브의 원주에 대해 소정 간격으로 핀 회선에 대해 경사가(α)으로 연장된다. 각 쌍의 인접 노치 사이에는 스파이크(22)가 있다. 말단 팁(3)은 편평화된다. 스파이크의 최대 폭(WT)은 축 회선의 인접부의 폭(WR)보다 크며 인접 핀 회선 내의 스파이트크의 말단 팁과 중첩되어 인접 핀 회선 사이에 그리고 중첩된 팁 아래에 리엔터런트 공동을 형성하기에 충분한 폭이다. 핀 회선, 노치 및 스파이크는 맨드릴과, 첫째 피닝 디스크(63)의 갱, 둘째, 노칭 휠(66), 셋째, 매끄러운 휠(67) 사이에서 튜브 벽을 롤링함으로써 튜브에 형성된다. 튜브의 제조중, 회전하며 진행하는 튜브 , 노칭 휠 및 매끄러운 휠의 상호작용에 의해, 스파이크의 팁의 경사각의 각도(β)는 노치각에 대해 경사진다.

Claims (3)
- 튜브에 대해 나선형으로 배치된 적어도 하나의 외부 핀 회선(20)과 , 상기 튜브의 종방향 축(AT)에 대해 경사진 각도(α)의 기부 축을 각각 가지며 상기 튜브의 원주에 대해 소정 간격으로 상기 핀 회선 내로 방사상으로 연장된 노치(30)들을 포함하며; 상기 노치는 상기 핀 회선을 인접부(21)와 단일 편평 말단 팁(23)을 갖는 스파이크부(22)로 분할하며, 상기 스파이크부는 상기 인접부의 최대 폭(WR)보다 크고 모든 인접 핀 회선 내의 스파이크의 중첩되기에 충분한 최대 촉(WT)과 상기 노치 기부 축에 경사진 말단 팁 축(β)을 가지며 한 쌍의 인접한 상기 노치 사이에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 전달 튜브.
- 제1항에 있어서, ㎝ 튜브 당 13 내지 28 핀 회선(in 튜브 당 33 내지 70 핀 회선)이 있으며, 상기 튜브의 외경(Do)에 대한 상기 핀 회선의 높이(Hf)의 비율(Hf/Do)은 0.02 내지 0.05 사이이며, 상기 핀 회선 내의 상기 노치 밀도는 ㎝당 17 내지 32 노치(in 당 42 내지 81 노치)이며, 상기 노치 기부 축과 상기 튜브 종방향 축 사이의 각도는 40도 내지 70도이며, 상기 노치의 깊이는 상기 핀 회선 높이의 0.2 내지 0.8 사이인 것을 특징으로 하는 열 전달 튜브.
- 외부 면(13)을 갖는 튜브 벽(11)과, 상기 튜브 외부 면으로부터 연장되며 피닝 디스트(63) 및 맨드릴(64)의 상호작용에 의해 형성된 적어도 하나의 핀 회선(20)과, 노칭 휠(66)에 의해 형성되며 상기 튜브의 원주에 대해 소정 간격으로 상기 핀 회선 내로 방사상으로 연장되며 상기 핀 회선을 인접부 및 스파이크부(22)로 분할하며 상기 튜브의 종방향 축(AT)에 대해 경사진 각도(α)의 기부 축을 각각 갖는 노치(30)를 포함하며; 상기 스파이크부(22)는 두 인접 핀 회선 내의 유사한 말단부를 중첩하며 상기 노칭 휠 및 매끄러운 휠(67)에 의해 형성된 한 쌍의 인접한 상기 노치 사이의 편평화된 말단 팁(23)을 가지며, 상기 말단 팁은 한 쌍의 인접한 상기 노치 사이에 있으며 상기 입접부의 최대 폭(WR) 보다 큰 최대 폭(WT) 및 상기 노치 기부 축에 대해 경사진 말단 팁 축(β)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 전달 튜브.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
