Abstract
실리카, 알루미나와 인산 알루미늄을 함유하는 지지체에 석출된 크롬을 주성분으로한 촉매고체와 유기알루미늄 화합물에서 선택한 혼성촉매를 함유하는 올레핀 중합용 촉매계.
이러한 촉매에 의하여 최소한 하나의 올레핀을 중합시키는 방법.

Claims (15)
- 실리카, 알루미나와 인산 알루미늄을 함유하는 지지체에 석출된 크롬을 주성분으로한 촉매고체와 유기알루미늄 화합물에서 선택한 혼성촉매를 함유하는, 올레핀 중합용 촉매계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유기알루미늄 화합물이 일반식AIR3-N-M(OR')n×m(여기서 R과 R'는 같거나 다른 것으로 각각 탄화수소기를 나타내고, X는 할로겐이고 n과 m은 0≤n 3과 0≤m〈3의 수를 나타낸다)에 해당하는 촉매계.
- 제2항에 있어서, n과 m이 0인 촉매계.
- 제3항에 있어서, R을 20개이하의 탄소원자를 함유하는 알킬(직쇄 또는 분지쇄), 시클로알킬, 아랄알킬, 아릴과 알킬아릴기에서 선택하는 촉매계.
- 제4항에 있어서, 유기알루미늄 화합물이 트리에틸알루미늄인 촉매계.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 촉매고체가 촉매고체의 총량을 기준하여 0.05∼10중량%의 크롬을 함유하는 촉매계.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 지지체가 실리카(X), 알루미나(Y)와, 인산 알루미늄(Z)를 (10내지 95) : (1내지 80) : (1내지 85)의 (X) : (Y) : (Z)의 몰 퍼센트로 함유하는 촉매계.
- 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 지지체가 0.1∼40mol%의 실리카, 알루미나, 인산 알루미늄과 이산화 티타늄을 함유하는 촉매고체의 지지체에 대하여 TiO2의 몰 퍼센트로 표시되는 양으로 타타늄을 부가적으로 함유하는 촉매계.
- 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 지지체가 100∼800m2/g의 비표면적, 최소한 700℃의 결정화온도, 1.5∼5cm2/g의 동공체적과 50∼500kg/m2의 표준밀도를 갖는 촉매계.
- 제9항에 있어서, 비표면적(SS)와 동공체적(PV)이 다음 관계식을 갖는 촉매계 ;SS〈(PV×564-358)상기 식에서 SS와 PV는 각각 m2/g로 표시되는 비표면적과 cm2/g로 표시되는 동공체적의 수치를 나타낸다.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제1단계에서 물/규소 모리가2∼50이 되는 양으로 알코올, 물, 규소 알코올레이트와 산을 혼합하고, 제2단계에서, 여기서 얻은 가수분해 혼합물에 알루미늄 화합물의 산성용액과 인산염 이온급원의 용액을 가하고, 제3단계에서 침전제를 가하여 침전물을 얻고, 제4단계에서 여기서 얻은 침전물을 물로 세척한 다음 유기 액체로 세척하고 이를 건조한 다음 제5단계에서 분말을 얻을때까지 증류하고, 분말을 하소하여, 지지체를 얻는 촉매계.
- 제11항에 있어서, 지지체를 얻는 제1단계는 산성 PH에서 행하고, 한편으로 물, 산, 규소 알코올레이트 와 알코올을 첨가하고, 첨가하는 동안 온도는 30℃ 또는 그 이하로하고, 다른 한편으로, 여기서 얻은 가수분해 혼합물을 최소한 20℃와 혼합물의 비점이하의 온도에서 숙성시켜서, 실리카의 침전이나 겔화가 생기지 않고, 규소 알코올레이트의 최소한 비율의 알콕시기를 히드록실기로 치환시키는 촉매계.
- 제1항 내지 제12항중 어느 하나에 따른 촉매계에 의하여 최소한 하나의 올레핀을 중합시키는 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 에틸렌의 동종중합에 사용하는 중합방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 에틸렌과 헥센과/ 또는 부텐의 공중합에 사용하는 중합방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
