Claims (7)
- 추정된 유압(PT1)와 차륜의 행동을 토대로 각각의 차륜실린더(2A∼2D)의 유압을 조절하도록 매 제어 사이클마다 앤티스키드 제어중 각각의 차륜실린더(2A∼2D)의 추정된 유압(PT1)를 계산하는 앤티스키드 제어장치(K1∼K5)에 있어서 마스터 실린더(1)에 유압과 각각의 차륜실린더(2A∼2D)의 유압 사이의 차이를 나타내는 출력신호를 발생시키기 위해 마스터 실린더(1)의 유압과 차륜실린더(2A∼2D)의 유압 사이의 차이를 검출하는 차압검출수단(SS,SSW,PSW1,SPS1)를 구비하고 이 차압검출수단(SS,SSW,PSW1,SPS1)의 출력신호를 토대로마스터 실린더(1)의 유압과 각각의 차륜실린더(2A∼2D)의 유압의 차이가 제로(0)에 가까울 때 각각의 차륜실린더(2A∼2D)에 추정된 유압(PTi)이 추정된 유압(PTi)의 계산의 부과를 정지시킴으로서 소정의 값(PTmax)인 것을 특징으로 하는 앤티스키드 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 차압검출수단은 브레이크패달(P)에 부착된 스트로크에 센서(SS)와 각각의 차륜실린더(2A∼2D)의 추정된 유압(PT1)와 스트로크 센서(SS)의 출력에 따라 가변할 수 있게 설정된 각각의 차륜실린더이 추정된 유압(PT1)의 상한치(PTmax)와 비교하는 비교연산 유닛(PCAL1)를 지니고; 이 비교연산 유닛(PCAL1)는 각각의 차륜신린더(2A∼2D)의 추정된 유압(PT1)의 상한치(PCAL1)각각의 차륜실린더(2A∼2D)의 추정된 유압(PT1) 보다 작고, 소정의 값을 각각의 차륜실린더(2A∼2D)의 추정된 유압(PT1)의 상한치(PTmax)인 것을 특징으로 하는 앤티스키드 제어장치(K1)
- 제2항에 있어서, 스트로크센서(SS)는 on-off형의 스위치(SSW)에 의해 형성되고 각각의 차륜실린더(2A∼2D)의 추정된 유압(PT1)의 상한치(PTmax)는 스위치(SW)의 출력신호에 따라 불연속이산 값(PTmax1,PTmax2) 중 하나로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 앤티스키드 제어장치(K2)
- 제2항에 있어서, 스트로크센서(SS)는 다중점형의 스위치(SSW)에 의해 형성되어 있고, 각각의 차륜실린더(2A∼2D)의 추정된 유압(PT1)의 상한치(PTmax)가 스위치(SSW)의 출력신호에 따라 불연속이산 값 중 하나로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 앤티스키드 제어장치(K2).
- 제2항에 있어서, 스트로크센서(SS)는 선형센서(SPS1)에 의해 형성되고, 각각의 차륜실린더의 추정된 유압(PT1)의 상한값(PTmax)는 선형센서(SPS1)의 연속하면 출력신호에 따라 연속가변 값으로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 앤티스키드 제어장치(K5)
- 제2항에 있어서, 스트로크센서(SS)는 다수의 on-off형의 스위치(SSW1,SSW2)에 의해 형성되고; 스위치(SSW1,SSW2)의 모든 이진출력은 서로 일치하고, 각각의 차륜실린더(2A∼2D)의 추정된 유압(PT1)의 상한치(PTmax)가 소정의 값이 최대(PTmax2)에 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 앤티스키드 제어장치(K3).
- 제1항에 있어서, 차압검출수단은 마스터 실린더(1)이 유압과 각각의 차륜실린더(2A∼2D) 유압 사이의 차이를 직접 검출하는 차압센서(PSW3)에 의해 형성되어 있고, 차압센서(PSW1)는 마스터 실린더(1)의 유압과 각각의 차륜실린더(2A∼2D) 사이의 차이가 제로(0) 부근일 때를 검출하고, 소정값은 전의 제어사이클에서 계산된 각각의 차륜실린더(2A∼2D)의 추정값 유압(PT1)인 것을 특징으로 하는 앤티스키드 제어장치(K4).※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
