Abstract

나일론 6(Ny6), 메타크실릴렌 아디파미드(MXD6) 및 폴리아미드 엘라스토머(PAE)를 함유하는 제1층, 제2층 및 제3층을 가지며(1) 각층의 상기 성분의 함유량,(2) 각 층의 층비(層比) 및 (3) 연신배율을 아래와 같이 한 것을 특징으로 하는 이열성(易裂性) 필름.
(1) 상기 제1층 및 제3층에 있어서, Ny6함유량을 60∼85중량부, MXD6 함유량을 15∼40중량부, PAE 함유량을 0.1∼10.0중량부로 하고, 상기 제2층에 있어서, Ny6 함유량을 0∼40중량부, MXD6 함유량을 60∼100중량부, PAE 함유량을 0.1∼10.0중량부로 한다(단, 각 층에 있어서 Ny6+MXD6+PAE=100 중량부로 하고, 제2층의 MXD6 함유량은 제1층 및 제3층의 MXD6 함유량 보다 많음).
(2) 상기 제1층∼제3층의 층비를 1 : 8 : 1∼4 : 2 : 4로 하고, 제1층(또는 제3층)과 제2층의 층비를 1 : 8∼2 : 1, 제1층과 제3층의 층비를 1 : 2∼2 : 1로 한다.
(3) 필름의 이동방향(MD방향) 및 필름의 폭방향(TD방향) 모두 2.8배 이상의 배율로 연신되어 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. 나일론 6(Ny6), 메타크실릴렌 아디파미드(MXD6) 및 폴리아미드 엘라스토머(PAE)를 함유하는 제1층, 제2층 및 제3층을 가지며, (1) 각층의 상기 성분의 함유량, (2) 각 층의 층비(層比) 및(3) 연신배율을 아래와 같이 한 것을 특징으로 하는 이열성 필름.
    (1) 상기 제1층 및 제3층에 있어서, Ny6 함유량을 60∼85 중량부, MXD6 함유량을 15∼40 중량부, PAE 함유량을 0.1∼10.0중량부로 하고, 상기 제2층에 있어서, NyS 함유량을 0∼40중량부, MXD6 함유량을 60∼100중량부, PAE 함유량을 0.1∼10.0중량부로 한다 (단, 각 층에 있어서 Ny6+MXD6+PAE=100 중량부로 하고, 제2층의 MXD6함유량은 제1층 및 제3층의 MXD6 함유량 보다 많음).
    (2) 상기 제1층∼제3층의 층비를∼ 1 : 8 : 1∼4 : 2 : 4로 하고, 제1층(또는 제3층)과 제2층의 층비를 1 : 8∼2 : 1, 제1층과 제3층의 층비를 1 : 2∼2 : 1로 한다.
    (3) 필름의 이동방향(MD 방향) 및 필름의 폭방향(TD 방향) 모두 2.8배 이상의 배율로 연신되어 있다.
  2. 나일론 6(Ny6), 메타크실릴렌 아디파미드(MXD6) 및 폴리아미드 엘라스토머(PAE)를 함유하는 제1층, 제2층 및 제3층을 가진 이열성 필름의 제조방법으로서,(1) 각 층의 상기 원료의 배합량, (2) 각 층의 층비 및(3) 연신 조건을 아래와 같이 한 것을 특징으로 하는 이열성 필름의 제조방법.
    (1) 상기 제1층 및 제3층을 위한 Ny6배합량을 60∼85중량부, MXD6배합량을 15∼40중량부, PAE 배합량을 0.1∼10.0중량부로 하고, 상기 제2층을 위한 Ny6 배합량을 0∼40중량부, MXD6 배합량을 60∼100중량부, PAE 배합량을 0.1∼10.0중량부로 한다(단, 각 층의 배합량에 있어서 Ny6+MXD6+PAE=100 중량부로 하고, 제2층의 MXD6 배합량은 제1층 및 제3층의 MXD6 배합량 보다 많음).
    (2) 상기 제1층∼제3층의 층비를 1 : 8 : 1∼4 : 2 : 4로 하고, 제1층과 제2층의 층비를 1. 8∼2 : 1, 제1층과, 제3층의 층비를 1 : 2∼2 : 1로 한다.
    (3) 제1층∼제3층이 되는 상기 원료를 용융혼련하여 필름상으로 압출하고 냉각한 후, 냉각된 원판 필름을 필름 이동방향(MD방향) 및 필름 폭방향 (TD방향)의 배율을 모두 2.8배 이상으로 연신한다.
