Abstract

연삭공구의 수명을 향상하고, 또, 연삭 저항의 변화를 억제해서 높은 가공 정밀도로 웨이브 캡의 캠면을 연삭가공하는 것으로 하사점 대응부 위치에 있는 캠면(20A,20B)의 내부측에 형성된 돌출홈(27)을 외주측으로 변위시키고, 그의 돌출홈(27)보다도 외부 측에 확장하는 돌출홈(28)을 형성한다. 또, 그의 돌출홈(28)과 대향하도록, 캠면(20A,20B)의 외주측에 돌출홈(29)을 형성한다. 즉, 본 실시예에서는 최상위(20A11,20B11)의 캠면(20A,20B)의 폭 V1보다도 최하위(20A22,20B22)에 있는 캠면(20A,20B)의 폭 V2를 좁게한다.

제1도는 본 발명을 구체화한 한 실시예의 압축기 전체를 도시하는 단면도,
제2도는 제1도의 1-1선단면도,
제3도는 기둥면에 의한 웨이브캡의 사시도,
제4도는 포물 기둥면을 도시하는 개략적인 사시도.

Claims (4)

  1. 구동축에 고정부착된 웨이브 캡의 회전에 의해서 웨이브 캡의 캠면에 계류된 피스톤을 왕복 운동시키는 웨이브 캠식 압축기에 있어서, 상기 웨이브 캠의 중심 축선과 직교하는 가상 평면상에 웨이브 캠을 중심 축선방향으로 부터 투영해서, 웨이브 캠의 상사점 대응부 위치에 있는 캠면폭 보다도, 하사점 대응부 위치에 있는 캠면 폭 보다도, 하사점 대응부 위치에 있는 캠면 폭을 좁게한 것을 특징으로 하는 웨이브 캠식 압축기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 웨이브 캡의 캠면은 볼록 곡면만으로 되는 기둥면에 의해서 구성되고, 상기 웨이브 캠의 하사점 대응부 위치에 있는 캠면의 내주측의 돌출을 외주측으로 변위시킨 것으로, 상사점 대응부 위치의 캠면의 폭보다도 하사점 대응부 위치에 있는 캠면의 폭을 좁게한 것을 특징으로 하는 웨이브 캠식 압축기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 웨이브 캡의 캠면은 볼록 곡면만으로 되는 기둥면에 의해서 구성되고, 상기 웨이브 캠의 하사점 대응부 위치에 있는 캠면의 외주측의 돌출을 내주측으로 변위시킨 것으로, 상사점 대응부 위치의 캠면의 폭보다도 하사점 대응부 위치에 있는 캠면의 폭을 좁게한 것을 특징으로 하는 웨이브 캠식 압축기.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 피스톤과 캠면 사이에는 구면을 가지는 동시에 캠면에 대응해서 미끄럼 접촉하는 미끄럼 접촉면을 가지는 슈가 개재되고, 하사점 대응부 위치에 있는 캠면의 폭은 상기 슈의 미끄럼면의 폭보다도 좁은 것을 특징으로 하는 웨이브 캠식 압축기.
