Abstract
1. 청구범위에 기재된 발명이 속한 기술분야
본 발명은 처리된 무기 고형물에 관한 것으로서, 특히 어떤 유기인 화합물로 처리되어진 미립자 무기 고형물에 관한 것이다.
2. 발명이 해결하려고 하는 기술적 과제
본 발명의 목적은 안료 및 충진제를 새로운 형태로 제공하는데 있으며, 특히 중합체 마스터배치를 제조하는데 적합한 안료 및 충진제를 제공하는데 있다.
3, 발명의 해결방법의 요지
본 발명에 따른 처리된 무기 고형물은 입자가 C6-22의 알킬인산 혹은 알킬인산의 에스테르로 코팅된 미립자 무기물질을 함유한다. 일반적으로 미립자물질은 수성 분사물내에서 혹은 제분공정과 같은 공정단계중에 알킬인산 혹은 에스테르와 혼합시킴에 의해 처리되어진 안료, 중량제 혹은 충진제이다.
4. 발명의 중요한 용도
처리된 무기 고형물은 마스터배치와 같은 중합체 조성물을 제조한느데 특히 유용하다.

Claims (20)
- 입자가 유기인 화합물로 코팅된 미립자 무기물질을 함유하는 처리된 무기 고형물에 있어서, 유기인 화합물은 C6~22의 알킬인산 혹은 알킬인산의 에스테르인 것을 특징으로 하는 처리된 무기 고형물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 미립자 무기물질은 C10까지의 탄소원자를 갖는 알코올의 에스테르인 알킬포스포닉 에스테르로 코팅되는 것을 특징으로 하는 처리된 무기 고형물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 무기물질은 가시선에 대한 낮은 감쇄효과 및 자외선에 대한 높은 감쇄효과를 갖는 티타늄 디옥사이드인 것을 특징으로 하는 처리된 무기 고형물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 미립자 무기물질은 0.1-20 마이크로미터 범위내의 평균 입자크기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 처리된 무기 고형물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 미립자 무기 고형물은 0.5-20마이크로미터 범위내의 평균입자크기를 갖는 충진제 또는 중량제인 것을 특징으로 하는 처리된 무기 고형물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 미립자 무기물질은 0.1-0.5 마이크로미터 범위내의 평균 입자크기를 갖는 안료인 것을 특징으로 하는 처리된 무기 고형물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 안료는 0.2-0.3 마이크로미터의 평균 결정크기를 갖는 금홍석 티타늄 디옥사이드인 것을 특징으로 하는 처리된 무기 고형물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 안료는 0.1-0.35 마이크로미터의 평균 결정크기를 갖는 아나타제 티타늄 디옥사이드인 것을 특징으로 하는 처리된 무기 고형물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 미립자 무기물질은 0.01-0.15 마이크로미터의 평균 주요입자 크기를 갖는 티타늄 디옥사이드인 것을 특징으로 하는 처리된 무기 고형물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 미립자 무기물질은 0.01-0.1 마이크로미터의 평균 주요입자 크기를 갖는 산화아연인 것을 특징으로 하는 처리된 무기 고형물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 무기물질의 입자는 알킬인산 혹은 에스테르로 코팅되기전에 무기성 산화물 또는 수화 산화물로 코팅되는 것을 특징으로 하는 처리된 무기 고형물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알킬인산 혹은 에스테르는 건조된 고형물 입자의 중량에 대한 인의 중량으로서 표현된 0.1-5.0중량%의 당량으로 존재되는 것을 특징으로 하는 처리된 무기 고형물.
- 제9 또는 10항에 있어서, 알킬인산 혹은 에스테르는 건조된 고형물 입자의 중량에 대한 인의 중량으로서 표현된 2.0-4.0중량%의 당량으로 존재되는 것을 특징으로 하는 처리된 무기 고형물.
- 무기입자 물질을 처리하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 무기입자 물질의 수성 분산물 혹은 슬러리는 C6~22의 알킬인산 혹은 알킬인산의 에스테르와 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 무기입자 물질의 처리방법.
- 무기입자 물질을 처리하는 방법에 있어서, 무기물질을 여과, 분무건조 또는 제분하는 동안 상기 무기입자 물질을 C6~22의 알킬인산 혹은 알킬인산의 에스테르와 혼합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 무기입자 물질의 처리방법.
- 무기입자 물질을 처리하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 무기물질은 강도높은 혼합기 내에서 유기 중합체 및 C6~22의 알킬인산 혹은 알킬인산의 에스테르와 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 무기입자 물질의 처리방법.
- 유기 중합체 및 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 따라 처리된 무기 고형물의 혼합 물을 함유하는 조성물에 있어서, 처리된 무기 고형물을 조성물의 총중량에 대하여 40-80중량%의 량으로 존재되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 유기 중합체 및 특허청구의 범위 제9항 또는 10항에 따라 처리된 무기 고형물의 혼합물을 함유하는 조성물에 있어서, 처리된 무기 고형물은 조성물의 총중량에 대하여 5-40중량%의 량으로 존재되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제17항에 있어서, 유기 중합체는 폴리올레핀, 폴리비닐 클로라이드, 폴리스티렌, 아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔-스티렌 중합체, 폴리아미드, 폴리카보네이트 또는 폴리에스테르인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제18항에 있어서, 유기 중합체는 폴리올레핀, 폴리비닐 클로라이드, 폴리스티렌, 아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔-스티렌 중합체, 폴리아미드, 폴리카보네이트 또는 폴리에스테르인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
