Abstract

소결가능한 중합체와 결합제로서의 밀랍 및, 바람직하게는, 에틸렌/비닐 아세테이트 공중합 체, 유기 과산화물, 아조에스테르 및 알콜을 함유하는 성형재를 사출성형시켜 성형체를 수득하고, 성형체의 치수 안정성의 손실없이 탈랍시킨 다음 소결시키는 방법이 기술되어 있다.

Claims (13)

  1. 소결가능한 중합체와 밀랍 기재 열가소성 결합제를 포함하는 성형재.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 소결가능한 중합체가 융점이 240℃ 이상인 유기 중합체이고 분말 형태로 사용되는 성형재.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 소결가능한 중합체가 폴리아릴렌 설폰, 폴리아릴렌 설폭사이드 또는 폴리아릴렌 설파이드 또는 이들의 배합물을 포함하는 성형재.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 열가소성 결합제가 반합성 밀랍, 폴리올레핀 밀랍 또는 조 몬탄 밀랍을 포함하는 성형재.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 열가소성 결합제가 에틸렌/비닐 아세테이트 공중합체를 포함하는 성형재.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 열가소성 결합제가 무기 과산화물 또는 유기 과산화물을 포함하는 성형재.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 열가소성 결합제가 아조에스테르를 포함하는 성형재.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 열가소성 결합제가 알콜을 포함하는 성형재.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 금속, 세라믹 재료, 유리, 충전제, 탄소섬유, 무기섬유 또는 플루오르화 중합체를 포함하는 성형재.
  10. 소결가능한 중합체와 밀랍 기재 열가소성 결합제를 포함하는 성형재로부터 생성된 소결체.
  11. 하나 이상의 소결가능한 중합체와 밀랍 기재 열가소성 결합제를 함유하는 성형재를 사출성형, 압출 또는 프레싱(pressing)에 의해 성형시켜 성형체를 제조하고 이를 소결시킴을 포함하는, 소결체의 제조방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 열가소성 결합제가 성형체로부터 분리되는 방법.
  13. 여과용으로서 또는 가스켓(gasket) 또는 베어링(bearing)으로서의 제10항에 따르는 소결체의 용도.
