Abstract

본 발명은 규산나트륨을 35.0-50.9wt% 수산화리튬, 탄산리튬, 염화리튬 중 적어도 1종을 1.0∼10.wt%, R은 탄소수 1∼12의 알킬기인 r-sI(OH2) Na로 표시되는 유기실리콘 화합물은 1∼10.0wt% 및, 본직적으로물로 구성하며, 20℃에서 정도가 100cps 이하인 고온내화재 표면처리제 및 상기 처??를 표면이 500∼1200℃의 범위에 있는 내화재표면에 급격히 산포하여 상기 표면에 용융층을 형성시키고, 상기층을 적어도 1100℃로 유지함으로서 이루어지는 고온내화재 표면처리방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (16)

  1. 규산나트륨을 35.0-50.9중량% 수산화리튬, 탄산리튬, 염화리튬으로부터 선택되는 리튬화합물의 1종이상의 1.0∼10.0중량%, 붕산알칼리염 10.∼10.0중량%로 이루어지고 이때 R은 탄소수 1∼12의 알킬기인 R-Si(OH2) Na로 표시되는 유기실리콘 화합물은 1∼10.0wt% 및, 물로 구성하며, 20℃에서 정도가 100cps 이하인 고온내화재 표면처리제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 규산나트튬인 SiO2/Na2O의 몰비가 3.2∼3.8인 것을 특징으로 하는 고온내화재 표면처리제.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 리튬 화합물이 수산화리튬인 것을 특징으로 하는 고온내화재 표면처리제.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 붕산알칼리염이 붕산 나트륨인 것을 특징으로 하는 고온내화재 표면처리제.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 유기 실리콘 화합물의 R은 탄소수 1∼4의 알칼리인 것을 특징으로 하는 고온내화재 표면처리제.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 수산화리툼이 5.0∼10.0wt%인 것을 특징으로 하는 고온내화재 표면처리제.
  7. 제4항에 있어서, 붕산나트륨 4.8∼8.0wt% 인 것을 특징으로 하는 고온내화재 표면처리제.
  8. 제5항에 있어서, 유기 실리콘 화합물이 1.0∼5.0wt%인 것을 특징으로 하는 고온내화재 표면처리제.
  9. 규산나트륨을 35.0-50.9중량% 수산화리튬, 탄산리튬, 염화리튬으로부터 선택되는 리튬화합물의 1종이상의 1.0∼10.0중량%, 및 붕산알칼리염 1.0∼10.0중량%로 이루어지고 이때 R은 탄소수 1∼12의 알킬기인 R-Si(OH2) Na로 표시되는 유기실리콘 화합물은 1∼10.0wt% 및, 물로 구성하며, 20℃에서 정도가 100cps 이하인 고온내화재 표면처리제를 표면온도가 500∼1200℃인 범위에 있는 고온내화재 표면에 0.05℃4.0㎏/㎡을 급격히 산포하여, 상기표면에 용융층을 형성시키고, 동시에 상기 층을 적어도 1100℃로 유지하여 이루어지는 내화재면에 시리카순포가 높고, 평활하며, 고강고이 층을 형성시킴으로써 제조된 고온내화재 표면처리방법
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 규산타트륨인 SiO2/Na2O의 몰비가 3.2∼3.8인 것을 특징으로 하는 고온내화재 표면처리방법.
  11. 제9항에 있어서, 리튬 화합물이 수산화리튬인 것을 특징으로 하는 고온내화재 표면처리방법.
  12. 제19항에 있어서, 붕산알칼리염이 붕산 나트륨인 것을 특징으로 하는 고온내화재 표면처리방법
  13. 제9항에 있어서, 유기 실리콘 화합물의 R은 탄소수 1∼4의 알칼리인 것을 특징으로 하는 고온내화재 표면처리방법.
  14. 제11항에 있어서, 수산화리툼이 5.0∼10.0중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 고온내화재 표면처리방법.
  15. 제12항에 있어서, 붕산나트륨 4.0∼8.0중량% 인 것을 특징으로 하는 고온내화재 표면처리방법.
  16. 제13항에 있어서, 유기 실리콘 화합물이 1.0∼5.0 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 고온내화재 표면처리방법.
