Abstract
본 발명은 규산나트륨 용액 및 알루민산나트륨 용액을 함께 제1반응 대역에서 제올라이트 P시드의 존재하에서 연속적으로 첨가하여, 제1반응 대역으로부터 제2반응 대역으로 연속적으로 이동된 제1혼합물을 생성시키고, 생성된 생성물 최종적으로 여과, 세척 및 건조시키는 제올라이트 P형의 알칼리 금속 알루미노실리케이트의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (2)
- 규산나트륨 용액 및 알루민산나트륨 용액을 함께 제1반응 대역에서 제올라이트 P시드의 존재하에서 연속적으로 첨가하여 화학식3.0-5.0 Na2O, 2.0-7.5 SiO2, Al2O3, 75-450 H2O의 혼합물을 제조하고, 상기 혼합물을 상기 제1반응 대역으로부터 제2반응 대역으로 연속적으로 이동시키고, 생성된 생성물을 최종적으로 여과, 세척 및 건조시키는, 하기 화학식의 산화물을 갖는 제올라이트 P형의 알칼리 금속 알루미노실리케이트의 제조 방법.M2/nO, Al2O3, x SiO2, y H2O상기 식에서, x는 1.8 이상이고, y는 물 함량이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1반응 대역에서 규산나트륨 용액 및 알루민산나트륨 용액을 함께 제올라이트 P시드의 존재하에서 첨가함으로써 수득한 혼합물의 SiO2/Al2O3몰비가 2.2를 초과하고, 제2반응 대역에서는 전체 SiO2/Al2O3몰비가 2.2 미만이며 H2O/Al2O3몰비가 150 미만이 되도록 제2알루민산나트륨 용액을 첨가하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
