Abstract

본 발명은 부피감이 우수한 가연가공사 직물의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 심사가 80~150 데니어로서 모노 데니어가 2.5데니어 이상이고, 초사가 100데니어 이하이면서 모노 데니어가 0.5데니더 이하로 구성된 2종 이상의 폴리에스테르 가연가공사를 분권하고, 2중 연사기를 이용하여 연사한 후 1~2회 버핑 가공하며, 원당중량에 대하여 3~10% 감량가공 및 수지 가공실을 실시함을 특징으로 하는포릴에스테르 가연가공사 직물의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 의한 직물은 적정한 강경도를 갖으면서 유연성, 부품성, 표면모우감 및 반발특성이 우수하여 가을-겨울용으로 적합한 소재이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 심사가 80~150 데니어로서 모노 데니어가 2.5데니어 이상이고, 초사가 100데니어 이하이면서 모노 데니어가 0.5데니어 이하로 구성된 2종 이상의 폴리에스테르 가연가공사를 분권하고, 2중 연사기를 이용하여 연사한 후 1~2회 버핑 가공하며, 원당중량에 대하여 3~10% 감량가공 및 수지가공을 실시함을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 가연가공사 직물의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분권시의 직경은 90~100㎜이며, 연사시의 연수는 경사용으로 800~1,500 T/M,위사용으로 1,500~2,200 T/M 임을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 가연가공사 직물의 제조방법.
