Abstract
본 발명은 자동변속기의 유압제어장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 레벨화된 천이압을 거쳐 증가하는 유압으로 체결되는 적어도 하나의 마찰결합요소를 가지는 자동변속기의 제어장치에 있어서 라인압이 낮은 조건에서 기어 변속중 내부에 축적된 고레벨의 압력을 마찰결합요소로 방출하는 어큐믈레이터를 가진 자동변속기의 유압제어 장치를 제공한다.

제1도는 본 발명의 제어장치가 사용되는 자동변속기를 도시하는 개략도이다.
제2도는 제1도의 자동제어장치의 단면도이다.
제3도는 제1도의 자동변속기의 출력기구의 단면도이다.
Claims (10)
- 자동변속기를 원하는 기어단에 위치시키기 위해 유압으로 선택적으로 체결되고 해방되는 복수의 마찰요소를 가지는 자동변속기의 유압제어장치에 있어서, 자동변속기에 원하는 기어단을 생성하는데 필요한 상기 마찰 요소의 적어도 소정의 하나를 록크하기 위해 상기 마찰요소에 작동유압을 선택적으로 공급하기 위한 유압공급회로, 상기 마찰결합요소로 공급될 상기 작동유압을 조절하기 위한 압력조정수단, 작동유압과 유압레벨이 같거나 큰 유압을 제공하기 위한 고압원수단, 상기 유압공급회로와 상기 고압원수단과 선택적으로 유압소통되며, 상기 고압원수단과 소통하는 동안 상기 고레벨의 유압을 축적하는 어큐믈레이터, 및 상기 유압공급회로가 상기 소정의 마찰결합요소에 상기 작동유압을 제공할 때 상기 어큐믈레이터로부터 상기 유압공급회로로 상기 고레벨의 유압을 방출하도록 상기 어큐믈레이터를 상기 고압원으로부터 상기 유압공급회로로 상기 유압소통을 변경하기 위한 절환수단을 포함하는 자동변속기의 유압제어장치.
- 제1항의 자동변속기의 유압제어장치에 있어서, 엔진부하를 검출하기 위한 부하센서를 또한 포함하며, 상기 압력조정수단이 상기 엔진부하에 따라 상기 작동유압을 조정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기의 유압제어장치.
- 제2항의 자동변속기의 유압제어장치에 있어서, 상기 절환수단이, 상기 엔진부하가 소정레벨보다 작을 때, 상기 어큐믈레이터의 상기 유압소통을 상기 고압원으로부터 상기 유압공급회로로 변경하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기의 유압제어장치.
- 제3항의 자동변속기의 유압제어장치에 있어서, 상기 절환수단이, 다운시프트가 발생했을 때, 상기 어큐믈레이터의 상기 유압소통을 상기 고압원으로부터 상기 유압공급회로로 변경하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기의 유압제어장치.
- 제1항의 자동변속기의 유압제어장치에 있어서, 상기 절환수단이, 다운시프트가 발생했을 때, 상기 어큐믈레이터의 상기 유압소통을 상기 고압원으로부터 상기 유압공급회로로 변경하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기의 유압제어장치.
- 제1항의 자동변속기의 유압제어장치에 있어서, 상기 절환수단이, 중립으로부터 주행레인지로의 변속이 발생했을 때, 상기 어큐물레이터의 상기 유압소통을 상기 고압원으로부터 상기 유압공급회로로 변경하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기의 유압제어장치.
- 제1항의 자동변속기의 유압제어장치에 있어서, 상기 절환수단이, 중립으로부터 주행레인지로의 변속과 다운시프트중 어느 하나가 발생했을 때, 상기 어큐믈레이터의 상기 유압소통을 상기 고압원으로부터 상기 유압 공급회로로 변경하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기의 유압제어장치.
- 제1항의 자동변속기의 유압제어장치에 있어서, 상기 유압조정수단과는 독립적으로 상기 유압공급회로를 상기 고압원수단과 유압소통시키는 제2의 절황수단을 또한 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기의 유압제어장치.
- 제8항의 자동변속기의 유압제어장치에 있어서, 록크업클러치작동압을 제어하기 위한 제어회로를 또한 포함하며, 상기 유압공급회로가 상기 고압원수단과 유압소통되었을때 상기 제2의 절환수단에 의해 상기 압력조정수단과 유압소통하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기의 유압제어장치.
- 제1항의 자동변속기의 유압제어장치에 있어서, 상기 소정의 마찰결합수단이 적어도 하나의 전진기어를 제공하도록 체결되는 포워드클러치인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기의 유압제어장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
