본고안은 급제동시 작동되는 자동차 비상점멸작동스위치 제어장치에 관한 것으로, 종래 일반적으로 자동차 주행중 또는 유사시 바상점멸등을 작동 시키고자 할 생는 운전석 대쉬보드(DASHBOARD)상에 마련된 비상점멸푸쉬버튼스위치를 운전자가 누러야만 작동되므로서, 주행중 전방의 돌발사고가 발생시 비상점멸등을 제때 작동치 못한체 급제동만을 한 경우에, 뒤따르는 차량과 연속 추돌되는 사고가 자주 발생하는 것이다.
때문에 이러한 문제점에 착안하여 브레이크 작동의 경우에 순가적으로 후미 비상점멸등이 수초동안 점멸되도록한 회로장치의 선출원이 있긴하지만, 특히 야간에 사고바아치된 차량에 비상점멸등이 작동치 않고 노견 등에 방치될 경우 또다른 차량이 추돌하는 사고가 종종 발생한다.
특히, 시계가 안좋은 야간이나, 우천시 급커브길을 주행하면서, 운전자가 브레이크조작을 않고 코너링하는 경우에는 전방 도로사정에 미숙한 뒤따른 차량은 핸들을 꺽지 못한체 도로를 탈선하는 사고가 종종발생하는 것이다.
본 고안는 이와같은 점을 감안하여 안출한 것으로 자동차 급제동시나, 코너링시 별도로 비상점멸작동스위치를 조작치 않거나 또는 감속하지 않고 코너링하는 경우에도 비상점멸등이 작용하도록 운전력에 의하여 스위칭접속되도록 구성하여 뒤따른 차량에 의하여 여러 가지 안전사고를 예방하고자 함에 목적이 있는 것으로, 이를 첨부도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
제1도(가)는 본고안의 비상점멸작동스위치] 제어장치부(100)의 전체사시도이며, (나)는 본 고안의 비상점멸작동스위치 제어장치부(100)가 작동되기전의 (가)부 도면A-A선 구성 단면도로서, 상기 비상점멸작동스위치 제어장치부(100)를 자동차 데쉬보드(도시되지 않았음)상에 부착사용함에 있어서, 이본체(200)하단은 하부판(400)이 형성되며, 하부판(400)밑으로는 접착스티커(500)가 부착되며, 상기 본체(200) 상단으로는 투명캡(300)이 덧씌워진 것으로, 상기 본체(200)의 외주연 상단으로는 방향제발산공(208)이 개공된 방향제수납실(209)이 형성되며, 이 방향제수납실(209)안측부의 발광다이오드설치판(201)상에 6개의 발광다이오드(207)가 형성되며, 상기 발광다이오드설치판(201)중앙으로는 회전자설치돔(202)이 돌출형성되며, 상기 발광다이오드설치판(201)내측 저면에는 비상점멸스위치 리드선(600)의 접점1(213)과 접점2(214)가 이격설치된 직하방에 무게중심스위치판(211)이 적정길이의 와이어(212)로 매달려 상시 오프(OFF)되있도록, 상기 회전자설치돔(202)의 회전결구안치부(215)상에 회전결구(203)를 안치하여, 이 회전결구(203)상편에 끝이 닫힌체 *** 형태로 35내지 45도 각도로 경사진 금속제레일(204)을 고정하여, 이 레일(204)상에 무게중심자성회전자(206)를 안치하며, 이 무게중심자성회전자(206)가 상기 레일(204)의 굴곡부에 가로질러 형성된 스톱퍼(205)에 당접하여 구성된 것이다.
한편 상기와 같은 본고안 구성장치 구성중 210은 방향제수납실(209)내에 방향제를 주입한것이며, 301은 방향제수납실(209)로부터 방향제의 향취가 발산되는 공기유통공이다.
그리고 이오같이 구성되는 본고안 비상점멸작동스위치부(701)가 작동되는 일실시 작동은 첨부도면 제1도의 (다)에 의하여 도시된 것으로 통상의 차량데쉬보드상에 장착안치된 본고안 비상점멸작동스위치 제어장치부(100)는 운행중 급제동하게되면 제1도의 (가),(나)와 같이 레일(204)상의 스톱퍼(205)위에 당접된 무게중심자성회전자(206)가 급제동에 따른 운동력으로 레일(204)의 맨상단까지 등판하는 순간 본체(200) 중앙부의 회전자설치돔(202)상단에 안치된 회전결구(203)가 급제동시 전진방향(또는 코너링시 바깥쪽으로)으로 기울게 되므로서, 이 회전결구(203) 하단의 와이어고정꼭지(216)와 접점1(213)와 접점2(214)지하방에 이격된체 매달린 무게중심스위치판(211)사이의 와이어(212)가 위로 당겨지게 된다.
따라서, 상기 접점1(213)와 접점2(214)이 상호 접속되므로, 이 양접점(213, 214)에 접속된 비상점멸스위치 리드선(600)에 전원이 통전되므로서, 기존의 자동차 비상점멸등 회로부의 조,우측 점멸등이 수조작스위치에 기인하지 않고 급제동시나 코너링때 쏠리는 운동력에 의해 본 고안 장치의 스위치가 제어되여 스스로 작동되도록 하는 유용한 장치이다.
상기에서 회전결구(203)에 고착된 레일(204)은 회전자설치돔(202)위에서 360도 각도로 자유로이 회전되기 때문에 상기 레일(204)은 직진주행때 급제동 하여 생기는 운동력에 의해 진행방향으로 방위가 바뀐체 상기 레일(204)상에 안치된 무게중심자성회전자(206)가 레일(204)상단부로 굴러 맨끝단에 이르렀을 때 무게중심스위치판(211)이 위로 들려 스위칭접속되는 것으로, 운동력이 상쇄된 상태에서는 무게중심자성회전자(206)가 경사진 레일(204)하단의 스톱퍼(205)로 원위치 되므로서, 접속되었던 전원이 차단되지만, 별도로 형성한 점멸등비상작동해제푸쉬버튼스위치(704: 본 고안 장치에서는 별도 도시하지 않았음)을 조작하지 않는한 계속하여 비상점멸등회로가 작동하여 지도록 한 것이다.
본 고안은 이와같이 구성된 장치에 의해, 직진주행중 급제동으로 인한 비상점멸등의 동작뿐만 아니라, 급커브길을 주행 브레이크를 제동하지 않더러도 본 고안 장치의 본체(200)상에 마련된 회전자설치돔(200)상부에 유설된 회전결구(203)는 차량이 쏠리는 방향으로 회전되면서, 레일(204)의 스톱퍼(205)상의 무게중심자성회전자(206)가 레일(204)멘 상단까지 등판함으로서, 기존차량의 비상점멸등을 동작시키는 것으로서, 본 고안에 따라 비상점멸등에 전원접점이 접속되는 순간부터 본체(200)일측에 식설한 4-6개의 발광다이오드(207)가 점등되다가, 비상점멸작동해제푸쉬버튼스위치(704)를 눌러, 조,우측점멸등(L.L:R.L)를 오프(OFF)시킬 때 함께 오프(OFF)되도록 한 것으로서, 본 고안 장치를 갖춘 차량의 난폭운행 습성에 따라서 차량의 비상점멸등이 자동작동되거나, 또는 본체(200)상부의 투명캡(300)내의 회전결구(203)에 일체로 형성된 레일(204)에 놓인 무게중심자성회전자(206)의 동작정도에 따라서,상기 발광다이오드(LED)가 점등되거나, 자동차 비상점멸등 좌,우측 램프(L.L:R.L)가 점멸되기 때문에 스스로 운전습관을 자각하도록되므로서, 사고방지에도 매우 효과적이다.
참고로 본 고안 장치에 따른 차량의 비상점멸등작동회로는 공지된것인바, 첨부도면 제2도에 개략적으로 알아보면 다음과 같다.
본 고안장치 스위치부(701)이 작동되면(+)12V전원이 본 고안장치부(701)을 통하여 공지의 비상점멸푸쉬버튼스위치(705)을 거쳐 접지로 회로가 구성되어, 마그네틱릴레이(RY)에 자기가 형성되어 릴레이(Ry1 : Ry2 : Ry3 : Ry4)의 접점을 동시에 온(ON)시킨다. 이때 본 고안 장치부스위치(701)이 열리게 되어도 병렬로 연결된 Ry4접점에 의해서 계속 자기유지회로가 구성되어 동작하고 있게 된다.
공지된 자동차점멸신호회로는 비안정멀티바이브레이터로 구성된것으로서, 이회로의 비상점멸푸쉬버튼스위치(705)는 좌,우측점멸등단자에 릴레이(Ry2 : Ry3)접점이 접속되여 있기 때문에 동시에 온(ON)되어 좌,우측 점멸싱호가 일제히 깜박거리면서 비상상태임을 알리게 된다. 한편, 본 고안 장치내의 발광다이오드(LED)에는 본 고안장치 스위치부(701)이 작동되면(+)12V전원이 LEDx6 및 저항(R4)와 릴레이(Ry4)와 접지를 통고하면서 점등되여 차 내부에서도 비상램프가 작동됨을 알게된다. 만일 본 장치에 따른 점멸등의 작동을 멈추고자 한다면 비상점멸푸쉬버튼스위치(705)를 누르면 마그네틱릴레이(RY)의 코일에 흐르는 전류가 차단됨으로서, 각 릴레이(Ry1-Ry4)의 접점이 모두 동시에 열린다. 이때 상기 점멸등비상작동해제푸쉬버튼스위치(704)를 놓아 접점을 복구시키더라도, 이미 접점이 열려있기 때문에 회로가 차단되여 마그네틱릴레이(RY)는 동작하지 않는다.
따라서, 릴레이(Ry2 : Ry3)의 접점이 열렸으므로 공지의 점멸신호회로의 전원이 차단되어 동작은 멈추게 된다. 동시에 릴레이(Ry1)의 접점도 열렸으므로 LED도 소등되여 동작을 멈추게 된다.
위와같이 각 알아본바와 같이 본고안 자동차비상점멸작동스위치제어장치는 안전운행에 반드시 필요로한 고안으로서 장식적효과와 더불어 방향제용기로도활용할 수 있는 유용한 고안인 것이다.

  1. 상기 비상점멸작동스위치 제어장치부(100)를 자동차 데쉬보드상에 부착사용하되, 이 본체(200)하단은 하부판(400)이 형성되여 하부판(400)밑으로는 접착스티커(500)가 부착되며, 상기 본체(200)상단으로 투명캡(300)이 덧씌워진 것으로, 상기 봅체(200)의 외주연상단으로는 방향제발산공(208)이 개공된 방향제수납실(209) 안측부의 발광다이오드설치판(201)내측저면에는 비상점멸스위치 리드선(600)의 접점1(213)과 접점2(214)에 이격설치된 직하방에 무게중심스위치판(211)이 적정길이의 와이어(212)로 매달려 상시 오프(OFF)돼있도록, 상기 회전자설치돔(202)의 회전결구(203)내측 중앙의 와이어고장꼭지(216)에 상호 결속한후, 이 회전결구(203)상편에 끝이 닫힌체형태로 35도 내지 45도 각도로 경사진 금속제레일(204)을 고정하여, 이 레일(204)상에 무게중심자성회전자(206)를 안치하며, 이 무게중심자성회전자(206)가 레일(204)의 굴곡부에 가로질러 형성된 스톱퍼(205)에 당접됨을 특징으로 하는 급제동시작동되는 자동차 비상점멸푸쉬버튼스위치.
