Abstract
놋쇠 부품이 물에 연속하여 노출될때, 침출가능한 납을 감소시키기 위해 놋쇠 배관작업 부품을 처리하는 방법은 클로라이드 이온이 놋쇠 부품으로 부터 납의 용해를 촉진시키고, 피로포스페이트 이온이 용해 공정의 연속을 보증하면서 납으로의 용액의 표화를 막는, 원하는 농도의 클로라이드 및 피로포스페이트를 함유하는 수용액내에 놋쇠 부품을 노출시키는 것을 포함한다.

Claims (22)
- 놋쇠 부품이 물에 연속하여 노출될 때 침출가능한 납을 감소시키기 위해 상기 부품을 처리하는 방법으로서: (a)약 0.17 물농도-약 2.1 물농도의 클로라이드 및 약 0.06 물농도의 농도로의 피로포스페이트를 함유하는 수용액에 놋쇠 부품을 노출시키고; (b)놋쇠 부품이 약 3.5분-약 30분의 시간 기간동안 온도가 약 35℃-약 70℃범위내인 수용액에 노출된 채로 놔두는 것을 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서 피로포스페이트의 농도가 약 0.20 물농도인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서 클로라이드의 농도가 약 0.20 물농도인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서 침지의 시간 기간이 약 3.5분-약 7.5분인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서 침지의 시간 약 3.5분인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서 용액이 약 60℃의 온도에서 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서 용액 pH가 9.5-10.5로 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7에 있어서 용액 pH가 약 10에서 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서 용액이 계속해서 공기 교반되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 놋쇠 부품이 물에 연속하여 노출될 때 클로라이드 이온이 놋쇠 부품으로 부터 납의 용해를 촉진하고 피로프스페이트 이온이 용액내 용해된 납을 결합시켜 납 용해 반응이 평형에 도달하는 것을 막는 농도의 클로라이드 및 피로포스페이트를 함유하는 수용액에 놋쇠 부품을 노출시키는 것을 포함하는 침출가능한 납을 감소시키기 위한 놋쇠 부품 처리 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서 수용액이 고온에서 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서수용액이 약 35℃-약 70℃의 범위내에 온도에서 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서 수용액이 약 60℃의 온도에서 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서 수용액이 약 0.17물농도-약 2.1 물농도의 농도로의 크로라이드 및 약 0.06 물농도-약 0.27 물농도의 농도로의 피로스포페이트를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서피로포스페이트의 농도가약 0.20 물농도인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서 놋쇠 부품이 약 3.5분-약7.5분 범위의 시간 기간동안 수용액에 노출된채 남아있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서클로라이드의 농도가 약 0.26 물농도인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서 용액 pH가 9.5-10.5로 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서 용액이 계속하여 공기 교반되는 방법.
- 놋쇠 부품이 물에 연속하여 노출될 때 종들중 하나는 놋쇠 부품으로 부터 납의 용해를 촉진시키고 다른 종은 납 용액 반응이 평형을 이루는 것을 막으면서 용액내에 용해된 납을 결합시키는 두 종류의 활성종을 함유하는 수용액에 놋쇠 부품을 노출시키는 것을 포함하는 침출가능한 납을 감소시키기 위한 놋쇠 부품 처리 방법.
- 제20항에 있어서 활성 종들중 하나가 클로라이드 이온이고 다른 종들이 피로포스페이트 이온인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제20항에 있어서 용액이 납 용해를 확증하기 위해 용해된 산소를 제공하도록 공기 혼화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
