본 발명은 냄새 없는 니자티딘의 약학 조성물을 제공한다. 또한, 본 발명은 신규한 형태의 니자티딘 및 이의 제조 방법을 제공한다.

Claims (17)

  1. 물 존재하에서 가열하여 N-메틸-1-메틸티오-2-니트로에틸렌아민을 제거한 니자티딘의 약학 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 수용액 또는 기포성 정제인 약학 조성물.
  3. N,N'-비스[2-[[[2-[2-(디메틸아미노)-메틸]-4-타이졸]메틸]-티오]에틸-2-니트로-1,1-에텐디아민 및 N,N'-디메틸-2-니트로-1,1-에텐디아민을 함유하나, N-메틸 -1-메틸티오-2-니트로에틸아민을 함유하지 않는 형태의 니자티딘의 약학 조성물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 수용액 도는 기포성 정제인 약학 조성물.
  5. 물 존재하에서 N-메틸-1-메틸티오-2-니트로에틸렌아민을 함유하는 니자티딘을 가열하여 상기 N-메틸-1-메틸티오-2-니트로에틸렌아민을 제거함을 포함하는 한 형태의 니자티딘의 제조방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, N-메틸-1-메틸티오-2-니트로에틸렌아민을 함유하는 니자티딘을 수중에서 가열하는 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, N-메틸-1-메틸티오-2-니트로에틸렌아민을 함유하는 니자티딘을 니자티딘 kg당 물 0.3 내지 2.0 리터중에서 가열하는 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 니자티딘 kg당 물의 양이 0.45 내지 0.55 리터 범위내에 있는 방법.
  9. 제5항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 니지티딘을 70 내지 110℃범위내의 온도에서 가열하는 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 니자티딘을 90 내지 105℃범위내의 온도에서 가열하는 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 니자티딘을 환류 가열하는 방법.
  12. 제5항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 니자티딘이 N-메틸-1-메틸티오-2-니트로에틸렌아민을 5,000ppm 이하의 양으로 함유하는 방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 니자티딘이 N-메틸-1-메틸티오-2-니트로에틸렌아민을 40 내지 1,500ppm 함유하는 방법.
  14. 제5항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 니자티딘 형태를 결정화시키는 단계를 또한 포함하는 방법.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 니자티딘 형태를 아세톤, 에탄올, 물 및 이들의 혼합물 중에서 선택한 용매를 사용하여 결정화시키는 방법.
  16. 제5항의 방법에 의해 제조된 형태의 니자티딘.
  17. N,N'-비스[2-[[[2-[2-(디메틸아미노)-메틸]-4-타이졸]메틸]-티오]에틸-2-니트로-1,1-에텐디아민 및 N,N'-디메틸-2-니트로-1,1-에텐디아민을 함유하나, N-메틸 -1-메틸티오-2-니트로에틸아민을 함유하지 않는 형태를 니자티딘.
