Abstract
버턴세형의 Ni/Cd 또는 Ni/하이드리드 전장 밧데리에서 양전극 정체는 활성물질로써 고비증 밀도 (d>3.5g/㎤)와 구형입자와 수산화니켈 분말계 물질이다.
불규칙한 입자(도면 2a)를 가지는 통상의 수산화니켈과는 대조적으로 구형 입자표면과 최대 입자 크기가 5 내지 20㎛인 비교적 범위가 좁은 입자크기 분포를 가지기 때문에 건조압착 동안에 양호한 공간 이용성을 가진다.
구형 수산화니켈계 버턴셀의 특정 용량은 통상의 양성버턴-셀전극보다 25% 높다. 구형입자의 평균 직경 보다 적은 포어크기를 가지는 미세공 세퍼레이터는 다락-회로의 위험을 방지한다.

제3도는 구형입자를 가지는 수산화-니켈 분말의 입자크기 분포를 나타낸다.
Claims (8)
- 셀케이스내에 양극과 음극이 배치되어 있고, 세퍼레이터에 의해 분리되어 있는 버턴셀의 기체 밀봉된 알칼리인 전장 밧데리에 있어서, 건조압착에 의해 생산되는 양성 물질전극 혼합물이 활성 물질로써 고형상태 밀도가 높고 구형입자 모양을 가지는 수산화니켈을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기체 밀봉된 알칼리인 저장 밧데리.
- 제1항에 있어서, 니켈/하이드리드 저장 밧데리인 것을 특징으로 하는 기체 밀봉된 알칼리인 저장 밧데리.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 구형수산화니켈의 비중밀도가 3.3g/㎤ 내지 3.9g/㎤이고 이 입자의 주요크기는 5 내지 20㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 기체 밀봉된 알칼리인 저장 밧데리.
- 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 금석니켈과 코발트 그리고 하이드록시드 코발트에 추가하여 분말형 플라스틱 결합체가 양성전극의 활성물질에 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기체 밀봉된 알칼리인 저장 밧데리.
- 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 양전극의 질량혼합물은 정제로 건조 압착하기전에 미리 입자로 만들어진 것을 특징으로 하는 기체 밀봉된 알칼리인 저장 밧데리.
- 제5항에 있어서, 입자화된 물질은 입자크기가 100㎛ 내지 1000㎛를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 기체 밀봉된 알칼리인 저장 밧데리.
- 제2항 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 음전극물질은 미쉬-금속을 포함하는 MmNi5수소 저장 합금인 것을 특징으로 하는 기체 밀봉된 알칼리인 저장 밧데리.
- 제1항 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 세퍼레이터에는 구형 수산화니케의 최소 입자크기 보다 적은 포어직경을 가지는 미세공 물질이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기체 밀봉된 알칼리인 저장 밧데리.※참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
