Description
Claims (3)
- 회전 또는 비회전주축(이하 단순히 주축(1)이라 함)에 설치한 테이퍼공(2)에 공구파지용 칼라부(5)를 갖는 공구홀더(3)의 테이퍼 섕크부(4)를 끼우고, 주축(1)의 선단의 기존의 기준단면(1a)과 공구홀더(3)의 기존의 칼라부단면(5d)과의 사이에 허용의 대향간극(Y)을 갖도록 하여 주축(1)에 공구홀더(3)를 부착하게 한 공구홀더 부착장치에 있어서, 주축(1)의 상기 기존의 기준단면(1a)과 이에 대향하는 공구홀더(3)의 상기 기존의 칼라부단면(5d)을 서로의 대향방향으로 소요 돌출량(α1,α2) 연출하여 연출단면(1b,5e)에 형성하고, 그래서 양 연출단면(1b,5e)이 서로 일치하게 하여 주축(1)에 공구홀더(3)를 부착하기가 가능하게 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공구홀더 부착장치.
- 대략 V자 모양의 홈(5a)과 그 양측의 칼라편(5b,5c)으로 이루어지는 칼라부(5)를 갖는 공구홀더(3)의 테이퍼 섕크부(4)를 회전 또는 비회전주축(이하 단순히 주축(1)이라 함)에 설치한 테이퍼공(2)에 끼우고, 주축(1)의 선단의 기존의 기준단면(1a)과 공구홀더(3)의 기존의 칼라부단면(5d)과의 사이에 허용의 대향간극(Y)을 갖게하여 주축(1)에 공구홀더(3)를 부착하게한 공구홀더 부착장치에 있어서, 주축(1)의 상기 기존의 기준단면(1a)과 이에 대향하는 상기 기존의 칼라부단면(5d)을 상기 대향간극(Y)의 범위내에 있어서 서로의 대향방향으로 소요 돌출량(α1,α2)을 연출하여 주축 연출단면(1b)과 칼라부 연출단면(5e)에 형성함과 동시에 공구홀더(3)의 상기 칼라부(5)를 형성하는 한쌍의 칼라편(5b,5c)중 상기 칼라부 연출단면(5e)측의 칼라편(5b)을 대경으로 형성한 대경 칼라편(5f)으로 하고, 그래서 양 연출단면(1b,5e)과 서로 일치하도록 하여 주축(1)에 공구홀더(3)를 부착하기가 가능하게 되어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공구홀더 부착장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 공구홀더(3)의 칼라부(5)의 대경 칼라편(5f)측 단면중 그 내주측 가까이에 도피홈(6)을 설치하고, 외주측 가까이에만 칼라부 연출단면(5e)을 설치하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 공구홀더 부착장치.
