Abstract

(A) (a) 중량평균분자량이 5,000 내지 1,000,000이고, 모든 프로필렌 결합이 메조 결합인 5개의 연속 프로필렌 단량체 단위의 % 및 모든 프로필렌 결합이 라세미 결합인 5개 연속 프로필렌 단량체 단위의 %가 모든 프로필렌 결합에 대해 각각 70% 이상 및 5% 이상인 입체 블럭 플로프로필렌 3 내지 30 중량%(a) 및 하기식(1)을 이용하여13C-NMR 스펙트럼으로 측정한 3가 원소%로 부터 계산한 평균 메조 쇄 길이(Nm)가 관계식(2)를 만족시키는, 용융 유속이 0.1 내지 1,000g/10분인 초고 입체특이적 폴리프로필렌 70 내지 97 중량%(b)를 포함하는 폴리프로필렌 수지 50 내지 90중량부; 및 (B) 올레핀계 고무 및/또는 (A) 이외의 폴리올레핀 50 내지 10중량부를 포함하는 폴리프로필렌 수지 조성물이 기술되어 있다.
상기식에서, 〔mm〕은 (이소택틱 3가 원소/총 3가원소)×100(%)이고, 〔mr〕은 (헤테로택틱 3가 원소/총 3가원소)×100(%)이다.

Claims (10)

  1. (A) 수지의 3 내지 30 중량%가 고온의 헵탄에는 불용성이고 고온의 옥탄중에서 가용성이며, 중량평균분자량이 5,000 내지 1,000,000이고,13C-NMR 스펙트럼중의 5가 원소 %로 부터 계산한 모든 프로필렌 결합이 메조 결합인 5개 연속 프로필렌 단량체 단위의 %와 모든 프로필렌 결합이 라세미 결합인 5개 연속 프로필렌 단량체 단위가 %가 모든 프로필렌 결합에 대해 각각 70% 이상 및 5% 이상인 폴리프로필렌인 폴리프로필렌 수지 50 내지 90중량부; 및 (B) 올레핀계 고무 및/또는 (A) 이외의 폴리올레핀 50 내지 10중량부를 포함하는 폴리프로필렌 수지 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, (A)+(B) 100중량부당 (C) 무기 충전제 0 내지 40중량부를 추가로 함유하는 폴리프로필렌 수지 조성물.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, (A) 이외의 폴리올레핀이 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌인 폴리프로필렌 수지 조성물.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리프로필렌 수지의 나머지 부분이 고온의 헵탄-불용성, 고온의-옥탄 가용성 폴리프필렌 또는 초고 입체특이적 폴리프로필렌 이외의 폴리프로필렌인 폴리프로필렌 수지 조성물.
  5. (A) 하기식(1)을 이용하여,13C-NMR 스펙트럼으로 부터 측정한 3가 원소%로 부터 계산한 평균 메조 쇄 길이(Nm)가 관계식(2)를 만족시키는, 유용유속(MFR, 230℃, 2.16kg인 하중)이 0.1 내지 1,000g/10분인 초고 입체특이적 폴리프로필렌 50 내지 90중량부; 및 (B) 올레핀계 고무 및/또는 (A) 이외의 폴리올레핀 50 내지 10중량부를 포함하는 폴리프로필렌 수지 조성물.
    상기식에서, 〔mm〕은 (이소택틱 3가 원소/총 3가원소)×100(%)이고, 〔mr〕은 (헤테로택틱 3가 원소/총 3가원소)×100(%)이다.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, (A)+(B) 100중량부당 (C) 무기 충전제 0 내지 40중량부를 추가로 함유하는 폴리프로필렌 수지 조성물.
  7. 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, (A) 이외의 폴리올레핀이 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌인 폴리프로필렌 수지 조성물.
  8. (A) 고온의 헵탄 중에서 불용성이고 고온의 옥탄 중에서 가용성이며, 중량평균분자량이 5,000 내지 1,000,000이고,13C-NMR 스펙트럼중의 5가 원소 %로 부터 계산한 모든 프로필렌 결합이 메조 결합인 5개 연속 프로필렌 단량체 단위의 %와 모든 프로필렌 결합이 라세미 결합인 5개 연속 프로필렌 단량체 단위가 %가 모든 프로필렌 결합에 대해 각각 70% 이상 및 5% 이상인 폴리프로필렌 3내지 30중량%(a) 및 하기식(1)을 이용하여,13C-NMR 스펙트럼으로 부터 측정한 3가 원소%로 부터 계산한 평균 메조 쇄 길이(Nm)가 관계식(2)를 만족시키는, 유용유속(MFR, 230℃, 2.16kg인 하중)이 0.1 내지 1,000g/10분인 초고 입체특이적 폴리프로필렌 70 내지 97중량%(b)를 포함하는 폴리프로필렌 수지 50 내지 90중량부; 및 (B) 올레핀계 고무 및/또는 (A) 이외의 폴리올레핀 50 내지 10중량부를 포함하는 폴리프로필렌 수지 조성물.

  9. 제8항에 있어서, (A)+(B) 100중량부당 (C) 무기 충전제 0 내지 40중량부를 추가로 함유하는 폴리프로필렌 수지 조성물.
  10. 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, (A) 이외의 폴리올레핀이 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌인 폴리프로필렌 수지 조성물.
