Abstract

본 발명은 신디오탁틱 폴리프로필렌 5-95중량부 및 아이소탁틱 폴리프로필렌 5-95중량부로 되는 폴리프로필렌계 수지조성물을 공냉 인플레이션 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌 수지조성물의 성형방법에 관한 것이며, 본 발명에 의하면 종래의 아이소탁틱 폴리프로필렌으로는 투염성이 높은 필름을 얻는 것이 곤란하였던 공냉방식으로도 투명성이 대단히 우수한 필름을 얻을 수가 있다.

Claims (5)

  1. 신디오탁틱 폴리프로핀렌 5-95중량부 및 아이소탁틱 폴리프로필렌 5-95중량부로 이루어진 폴리프로필렌계 수지조성물을 공냉에 의해 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌의 인플레이션 성형방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 신디오탁틱 폴리프로필렌은13C-NMR에 의해 측정되는 신디오타틱펜타드 분뉼이 0.7이 상인 신디오라틱 호모폴리프로필렌인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필의 인플레이션 성형방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 신디오탁틱 폴리프로필렌은13C-NMR에 의해 측정되는 프로필렌쇄의 신디오탁틱펜타드 분율이 0. 5이상인 신디오탁틱 폴리프로필렌 코폴리머인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌의 인플레이션 성형방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 신디오탁틱 폴리프로필렌 코폴리머는 프로필렌과 에틸렌 및/또는 α-올레핀의 공중합체인것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌의 인플레이션 성형방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 아이소탁틱 폴리프로필렌은 프로필렌 단독중합체 또는 프로필렌과 에틸렌 및/또는 α-올레핀의 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌의 인플레이션 성형방법.
