Abstract

본 발명은 폴리프로필렌 100중량부에 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 0.1-3.0중량부, 실리카 0.01-0.5 중량부, 지방산 아미드 0.1-1.0 중량부로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명성, 개구성, 윤활성이 향상된 무연신 인플레이션 폴리프로필렌 필름용 수지 조성물에 관한 것이다.

Claims (7)

  1. 폴리프로필렌 100중량부에 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 0.1-3.0중량부, 실리카 0.01-0.5 중량부, 지방산 아미드 0.1-1.0 중량부로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명성, 개구성, 윤활성이 향상된 무연신 인플레이션 폴리프로필렌 필름용 수지 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리프로필렌은 멜트인덱스가 3g/10분-20g/10분인 결정성 프로필렌 단독 중합체 또는 결정성 프로필렌-α-올레핀 다원중합체임을 특징으로 하는 무연신 인플레이션 폴리프로필렌 필름용 수지 조성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 결정성 프로필렌-α-올레핀 공중합체는 프로필렌-에틸렌 공중합체, 프로필렌-부텐-1공중합체, 프로필렌-에틸렌-부텐-1 공중합체 또는 그 혼합물을 특징으로 하는 무연신 인플레이션 폴리프로필렌 필름용 수지 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 고밀도 폴리에틸렌은 에틸렌을 주성분으로 하는 결정성 중합체이며 비중이 0.935-0.965이고 멜트인덱스가 0.06-10.0g/10분의 결정성 에틸렌 단독중합체 또는 에틸렌-α-올레핀 다원중합체임을 특징으로 하는 무연신 인플레이션 폴리프로필렌 필름용 수지 조성물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 에틸렌-α-올레핀 다원중합체는 에틸렌-프로플렌 공중합체, 에틸렌-부텐-1 공중합체, 에틸렌-헥센-1공중합체 또는 그 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 무연신 인플레이션 폴리프로필렌 필름용 수지 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 실리카는 입자의 크기가 1㎛-5㎛인 천연 또는 합성 실리카 단독 또는 그 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 무연신 인플레이션 폴리프로필렌 필름용 수지 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 지방산 아미드는 탄소수가 16개-24개의 불포화지방산 아미드 또는 그 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 무연신 인플레이션 폴리프로필렌 필름용 수지 조성물.
