Abstract

본 발명은 C6-C12알킬디티오포스페이트를 설펜아미드, 티아졸 및 카바메이트를 포함하는 그룹으로부터 선택된 화합물과 혼합하고, 무극성 고무 속에서의 혼합물의 용해도와 표준 촉진제와 비교한 촉진제의 가황화동역학을 실험적으로 최적화한 다음, 설펜아미드, 티아졸 및 카바메이트를 포함하는 그룹으로부터 선택된 추가의 화합물을 임의로 첨가함을 특징으로 하여, 무극성 고무 가황용의 C6-C12알킬디티오포스페이트계 가황 촉진제를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. C6-C12알킬디티오포스페이트를 설펜아미드, 티아졸 및 카바메이트를 포함하는 그룹으로부터 선택된 화합물과 혼합하고, 무극성 고무 속에서의 혼합물의 용해도와 표준 촉진제와 비교한 촉진제의 가황화동역학을 실험적으로 최적화한 다음, 설펜아미드, 티아졸 및 카바메이트를 포함하는 그룹으로부터 선택된 추가의 화합물을 임의로 첨가함을 특징으로 하여, 무극성 고무 가황용의 C6-C12알킬디티오포스페이트계 가황 촉진제를 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 혼합물에서 황/황 공여체 및 추가의 촉진제에 대한 양비(quantity ratio)가 실험적으로 최적화됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
