Abstract

본 발명은 예를 들어 광디스크나 광자기디스크 등과 같은 디스크형 기록매체가 카트리지본체내에 회전이 자유롭게 수납되게 되는 디스크 카트리지에 관한 것이며, 그러한 디스크 카트리지는, 상부절반과 하부절반으로 이루어진 카트리지본체와, 상기 카트리지본체내에 회전이 자유롭게 수납되는 디스크형 기록매체와, 적어도 카트리지본체의 어느 한 쪽의 주면에 형성되는 기록 및 재생용의 구멍부와, 상기 카트리지본체의 측벽을 따라서 상기 구멍부를 폐쇄하는 위치와 개방하는 위치에 걸쳐서 이동할 수 있게 부착된 셔터 및, 디스크 카트리지의 삽입방향에 대해서 설치된 상기 구멍부에 있어서의 경사부를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (10)

  1. 상부절반과 하부절반으로 이루어진 카트리지본체와, 상기 카트리지본체내에 회전이 자유롭게 수납되는 디스크형 기록매체와, 적어도 카트리지본체의 어느 한 쪽의 주면에 형성되는 기록 및 재생용의 구멍부와, 상기 카트리지본체의 측벽을 따라서 상기 구멍부를 폐쇄하는 위치와 개방하는 위치에 걸쳐서 이동할 수 있게 부착된 셔터 및, 디스크 카트리지의 삽입방향에 대해서 설치된 상기 구멍부에 있어서의 경사부를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 카트리지.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구멍부의 경사각도는 디스크형 기록매체의 중심을 통하고 셔터의 이동방향과 수직방향인 직선에 대해서 45도 미만인 각도인 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 카트리지.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구멍부는 평면의 대략적인 V자형인 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 카트리지.
  4. 상부절반과 하부절반으로 이루어진 카트리지본체와, 상기 카트리지본체내에 회전이 자유롭게 수납되는 디스크형 기록매체와, 적어도 카트리지본체의 어느 한 쪽의 주면에 형성되는 기록 및 재생용의 구멍부와, 상기 카트리지본체의 측벽을 따라서 상기 구멍부를 폐쇄하는 위치와 개방하는 위치에 걸쳐서 이동할 수 있게 부착된 2개의 셔터 및, 디스크 카트리지의 삽입방향에 대해서 설치된 상기 구멍부에 있어서의 경사부를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 카트리지.
  5. 상부절반과 하부절반으로 된 카트리지본체와, 상기 카트리지본체내에 회전이 자유롭게 수납되는 디스크형 기록매체를 구비하고, 상기 카트리지본체의 삽입방향과 평행한 서로 대향하는 양측벽의 단면형상인 서로 다른 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 카트리지.
  6. 상부절반과 하부절반으로 이루어진 카트리지본체와, 상기 카트리지본체내에 회전이 자유롭게 수납되는 디스크형 기록매체를 구비하고, 상기 카트리지본체의 삽입방향과 평행한 서로 대향하는 양측벽 중에서 어느 한 쪽의 측벽의 단면형상이 바깥쪽으로 향해서 볼록한 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 카트리지.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 다른 쪽 측벽의 단면형상이 거의 ㄷ자형인 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 카트리지.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 카트리지홀더의 디스크 카트리지 삽입구 또는 장치 앞면의 디스크 카트리지 삽입구가 상기 디스크 카트리지의 정규의 삽입방향 횡단면형상과 거의 동일한 현상인 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 카트리지.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 카트리지홀더의 디스크 카트리지 삽입구 또는 장치 앞면의 디스크 카트리지 삽입구가 상기 디스크 카트리지의 정규의 삽입방향 횡단면형상과 거의 동일형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 카트리지.
  10. 상부절반과 하부절반으로 이루어진 카트리지본체와, 상기 카트리지본체내에 회전이 자유롭게 수납되는 디스크형 기록매체와, 상기 카트리지본체의 기록재생장치로의 장착면으로 되는 면에 설치된 카트리지 위치결정구멍과, 상기 카트리지 위치결정구멍의 외주부에 설치된 원환형의 홈을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 카트리지.
