Abstract

본 발명은 운전자 및 승객 탑승시 안전벨트의 높이를 자동으로 조정함과 동시에 비상시 안전벨트를 자동으로 해제하는 것으로 자동모드 선택시 승탑자의 어께높이를 감지하는 어께높이 감지부; 주행시 차량속도를 검출하는 속도 검출부; 차체 충돌시, 충돌에너지를 감지하는 충돌 감지부; 상기 충돌 감지부에서 감지된 충돌에너지가 이미 설정된 충돌에너지 이상으로 감지될 경우 에어백을 동작시키는 에어백 구동부; 승탑자의 어께높이에 따라 시트에 장착된 안전벨트 높이를 조절하는 벨트높이 조정수단; 승탑자를 보호하는 안전벨트를 해제하는 벨트풀림 조정수단 및 상기 어께높이 감지부의 감지신호에 의하여 상기 벨트높이 조정수단의 동작을 시스템 제어부를 포함하도록 구성된다.

Claims (2)

  1. 자동모드 선택시 승탑자의 어께높이를 감지하는 어께높이 감지부; 주행시 차량속도를 검출하는 속도 검출부; 차체 충돌시, 충돌에너지를 감지하는 충돌 감지부; 상기 충돌 감지부에서 감지된 충돌에너지가 이미 설정된 충돌에너지 이상으로 감지될 경우 에어백을 동작시키는 에어백 구동부; 승탑자의 어께높이에 따라 시트에 장착된 안전벨트 높이를 조절하는 벨트높이 조정수단; 승탑자를 보호하는 안전벨트를 해제하는 벨트풀림 조정수단; 및 상기 어께높이 감지부의 감지신호에 의하여 상기 벨트높이 조정수단의 동작을 제어하고, 상기 속도 검출부, 충돌 감지부 및 에어백 구동부의 동작에 따라 상기 벨트풀림 조정수단을 조정하기 위한 시스템 제어부를 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 안전벨트 자동조정장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 시스템 제어부는 상기 차량속도가 기준치를 넘거나 한계치 이상의 충돌 데이터가 입력되면, 소정시간 지연후에 상기 벨트풀림 조정수단이 동작되도록 제어함을 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 안전벨트 자동조정장치.
