Abstract

본 발명은 실질적으로 수지를 함유하지 않은 액체 및 고체고무로 제조된 신규한 감압점착제에 관한 것이다. 바람직하게 상기 점착제는 약 1:0.5내지 약 1:7의 고체고무 대 액체고무의 중량비로 제조된다. 이 점착제는 차가운 날씨 및 오일리한 표면 용도에서 향상된 점착제 및 다른 특성을 나타낸다. 이 감압점착제는 건강관리, 공업 및 드러그 딜리버리 시스템 (drug delivery system)에 사용될 수있다.

Claims (23)

  1. 고체고무 대 액체고무의 중량비가 약 1:0.5 내지 약 1:7인 고체고무와 액체고무로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 감압점착조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고체고무 대 액체고무의 중랑비가 약 1:1.5 내지 약 1:3.5인 것을 특징으로 하는 감압점착조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 액체고무는 액체 이소프렌; 액체 이소프렌-스티렌; 액체 부타디엔-스티렌, 액체 카르복실 말단 이소프렌, 액체 부타디엔-스티렌, 액체 카르복실 말단 이소프렌, 액체 히드록실 말단 이소프렌 및 액체 하이드로케네이티드 이소프렌으로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 감압점착조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고체고무는 스티렌-부타디엔, 스티렌-이소프렌 및 스티렌 에틸렌-부틸렌으로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 감압점착 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고체고무는 SBR인 것을 특징으로 하는 감압점착조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고체고무는 각각의 A가 열경화성 스티렌 폴리머블록인 일반적인 배열 A-B-A를 가진 블록 폴리머로 이루어지며, 상기 총 블록 A함량은 블록 폴리머의 약 5내지 약 50퍼센트이며, B는 이소프렌의 엘라스토머 폴리머블록인 것을 특징으로 하는 감압점착조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고체고무는 각각의 A가 열경화성 스티렌 폴리머블록인 일반적인 배열 A-B-A를 가진 블록 폴리머로 이루어지며, 상기 총 블록 A함량은 블록 폴리머의 약 5내지 약 50퍼센트이며, B는 부타디엔의 엘라스토머 폴리머블록인 것을 특징으로 하는 감압점착조성물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고체고무는 각각의 A가 열경화성 스티렌 폴리머블록인 일반적인 배열 A-B-A를 가진 블록 폴리머로 이루어지며, 상기 총 블록 A함량은 블록 폴리머의 약 5내지 약 50퍼센트이며, B는 에틸렌-부틸렌의 엘라스토머 폴리머블록인 것을 특징으로 하는 감압점착조성물.
  9. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 블록 폴리머는 방사상 또는 선형으로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 감압점착조성물.
  10. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 블록 폴리머는 방사상 또는 선형으로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 감압점착조성물.
  11. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 블록 폴리머는 방사상 또는 선형으로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 감압점착조성물.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 점착성부여수지가 없는 양을 추가로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 감압점착조성물.
  13. 열반응 페놀수지를 함유하는 가교제를 추가로 함유하는 제1항의 감압점착조성물.
  14. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 고체고무의 5-20중량부의 양의 수지산염 아연의 가속제를 추가로 함유하는 것을 특징으로하는 감압점착조성물.
  15. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 방사선과 가교결합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 감압점착조성물.
  16. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 약 -55℃이하의 Tg 값을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 감압점착조성물.
  17. 적어도 일면에 제1항의 감압조성물을 코팅한 유연한 지지판으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 건강관리 감압점착제품.
  18. 적어도 일면에 제1항의 감압조성물을 코팅한 유연한 지지판을 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 공업용 감압점착제품.
  19. 적어도 일면에 제1항의 감압조성물을 코팅한 유연한 지지판으로 이루어지며, 약이 시스템내에 혼합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 드러그 딜리버리 시스템(drug delivery stystem)감압 점착제품.
  20. 액체고무는 가열괸 케틀내에서 거어도 300℉의 온도를 가열하는 단계와; 혼합물을 제조하기 위해서 고체 고무 대 액체고무를 약 1:0.5 내지 약 1:7의 중량비로 고체고무를 첨가하는 단계와; 상기 유연한 표면을 상기 가열된 혼합물로 코팅하는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유연한 표면을 가진 감압점착제품의 제조방법.
  21. 제17항에 있어서, 상기 코팅은 로울러를 가지고 상기 표면에 상기 코팅을 핫멜팅함으로서 도포되는 것을 특징으로하는 감암점착제품의 제조방법.
  22. 제17항에 있어서, 상기 코팅은 핫멜팅에 의해서 스프레이로 상기 표면에 도포되는 것을 특징으로 하는 감압점착제품의 제조방법.
  23. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 가교결합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 감압점착조성물.
