Abstract

본 발명은 a) 수용성, 에틸렌성 불포화 산기(카르복실기가 바람직함)-함유 단량체 1 내지 99중량%, b) 폴리알콕시 연쇄를 갖는 단량체 1 내지 50중량% 및 c) 상기 a) 및 b)와 공중합 가능한 수용체 단량체 0 내지 60중량%로 이루어진 알콕시기-함유 공중합체, 및 상기 공중합체를 이용한, 광화 또는 조합 방법으로 미리 무두질환 가죽의 보관 방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 의한 보관제로 처리한 가죽은 특히 두드러지게 향상된 완전성 및 양호한 입자 내밀성을 나타낸다.

Claims (8)

  1. a)수용성, 에틸렌성 불포화산기-함유 단량체 및/또는 불포화 디카르복실산 무수물 1 내지 99중량%, 바람직하게는 30 내지 95중량%; b)하기 일반식(1)의 일- 또는 다중 알콕시화된 에틸렌성 불포화 단량체 1 내지 50중량%, 바람직하게는 5 내지 35중량%; 및 c) 상기 a) 및 b)와 공중합 가능한 부가의 수용성 단량체 0 내지 60중량% 바람직하게는 0 내지 40중량%(단, a)+b)+c)=100중량%임)를 중합시킴으로써 제조되는 중합체 :
    상기 식중에서, R1은 수소 또는 메틸이고; X1은 COOR2, CH2OR2, CH2N(R2)2, OR2이며; X2는 H, COOH, CONHR3, CH2OR2이고; R2는 [-CHR4-CHR5-O]n-CHR4-CHR5-Y-R6이며; R3은 수소 또는 C1-4알킬이고; R4및 R5는 수소 또는 메틸이며; n은 1 내지 50이고; Y는 O, NR7및 S이며; R6은 H, C1-24알킬, C6-12아릴, C7-24알킬아릴, C2-24포화 모노카르복실산 또는 디카르복실산 잔기이고; R7은 C1-4알킬이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 군 a)의 단량체로서 카르복실기-함유 단량체, 바람직하게는 아크릴산, 메타크릴산, 말세산 또는 말레인산 무수물을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공중합체.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 군 b)의 단량체가, 반응성 포화 산 유도체와 선택적으로 추가로 반응하는 히드록시 또는 아미노기를 함유하는 단량체를 옥스알킬화시키거나; 또는 포화 지방족, 시클로 지방족 또는 방향족 알코올, 아민 또는 티올의 알콕시 부가물을 에틸렌성 불포화 카르복실산 또는 반응성 카르복실산 유도체와 반응시켜 상응하는 에스테르를 형성시키거나; 또는 상기 알콕시 부가물을 아세틸렌에 첨가하여 상응하는 비닐 에테르를 형성시킴으로써 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공중합체.
  4. 벌크 또는 극성 용매중에서 20 내지 200℃의 온도에서 중합반응을 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항에 의한 공중합체의 제조 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 용매로서 물을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 20 내지 100℃의 온도에서 수용성 라디칼 형성제를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 용액의 PH 값이 3.5 내지 6이며, 그 양이 50 내지 1,000중량%, 바람직하게는 100 내지 500중량%인 수성 상중에서, 불필요한 부분을 제거한 가죽의 중량에 대하여, 제1항에 의한 중합체 0.02 내지 10중량%, 바람직하게는 0.1 내지 7.5중량%, 및 가장 바람직하게는 0.4 내지 5중량%로 가죽을 20 내지 60℃의 온도에서 5 내지 180분. 바람직하게는 20 내지 60분간 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 광화 또는 조합 방법에 의해 무두질된 가죽의 보관 방법.
  8. 제1항에 의한 공중합체를 포함하는, 광화 또는 조합 방법에 의해 무두질된 가죽의 보관제.
