Abstract
본 발명은 1-클로로-2,2,2-트리플루오로에탄을 염소와 접시켜 염소화시키는 것으로 구성되며, 1 내지 20 bar의 압력과 50 내지 120℃의 온도하 및 화학유리 라디칼 개시제 존재하에서 액상으로 행해지고, 생성물이 분별 증류법에 의해 반응 혼합물로부터 분리됨을 특징으로하는, 1,1,1-트리클로트리플루오로에탄 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (13)
1-클로로-2,2,2-트리플루오로에탄을 염소와 접촉시켜 염소화시키는 것으로 구성되며, 1 내지 20 bar의 압력과 50 내지 120℃의 온도하 및 화학유리 라디칼 개시제 존재하에서 액상으로 행해지고, 생성물이 분별 증류법에 의해 반응 혼합물로 부터 분리됨을 특징으로하는, 1,1,1-트리클로로트리플루오로에탄 제조방법.
제1항에 있어서, 1-클로로-2,2,2-트리플루오로에탄과 염소가 반응조에 연속적으로 공급되는 방법.
제2항에 있어서, 염소 대 1-클로로-2,2,2-트리플루오로에탄의 몰비가 1.0 내지 2.0인 방법.
제3항에 있어서, 염소대 전체 염소화 가능 수소원자의 몰비가 0.5 내지 1.0인 방법.
제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 5 내지 15 bar의 압력하에서 행해지는 방법.
제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 80 내지 110℃의 온도하에서 행해지는 방법.
제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 하에 있어서, 화학유리 라디칼 개시제가 아로일 퍼옥사이드와 아조화합물에서 선택되는 방법.
제7항에 있어서, 화학유리 라디칼 개시제가 아조비스이소부티로니트릴인 방법.
제2항에 있어서, 화학유리 라디칼 개시제가 반응조에 연속적으로 공급되는 방법.
제9항에 있어서, 화학유리 라디칼 개시제가 과할로겐화되지 않은 용매내 용액 형태로 사용되는 방법.
제2항에 있어서, 7 내지 13 bar의 압력과 80 내지 120℃의 온도르 f사용하여 아조비스이소부티로니트릴의 존재하에서 행하며, 염소대 1-클로로-2,2,2-트리플루오로에탄의 afql가 1.0 내지 2.0인 방법.
제1항에 있어서, 분별된 반응 혼합물에서 수거된 반응치 아니한 1-클로로-2,2,2-트리플루오로에탄 또는 과할로겐화되지 않은 부산물이 반응조로 재순환되는 방법.
제1항에 있어서, 분별된 반응 혼합물에서 수거된 반응치 아니한 염소가 반응조로 재순환되는 방법.
