Abstract

본 발명은 17-β-에스트라디올 및, 임의적으로, 다른 활성성분을 함유하는 경피 치료계에 관한 것이며, 이 계는 활성성분 및 물 둘 모두에 대해 불투과성인 뒷막, 하나이상의 매트릭스 막 및, 임의적으로 접착제 막 위에 축적된 적층 구조를 갖는다. 상기 계는 매트릭스 막 또는 접착제 막 중 하나이상이 17-β-에스트라디올 무수물을 결정형태로 함유함을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (10)

  1. 매트릭스 층 및 접착제 층 중 하나이상이 17-β-에스트라디올 무수물을 결정형태로 함유함을 특징으로 하는, 활성성분 및 수분에 대해 불투과성인 뒷막, 하나 또는 수개의 매트릭스 층 및, 임의적으로, 접착제 층 위에 적층 구조물이 위치한 활성성분 17-β-에스트라디올 및, 임의적으로, 추가의 활성성분으로 이루어진 경피 치료계.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 매트릭스층 및 피부에 면한 압력-민감성 집척제 층으로 이루어지며, 매트릭스층은 결정 및 무수물 형태로 17-β-에스트라디올을 함유하며, 접착제층은 결정 17-β-에스트라디올이 없음을 특징으로 하는 경피 치료계.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 접착제층의 기본재료가 아크릴산 에스테르 공중합체 임을 특징으로 하는 경피 치료계.
  4. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 매프릭스층 중 하나이상의 기본 재료가 폴리이소부틸렌임을 특징으로 하는 경피 치료계.
  5. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 매트릭스층 중 하나이상의 기본 재료가 아크릴산 에스테르 공중합체임을 특징으로 하는 경피 치료계.
  6. 제3항 또는 5항에 있어서, 아크릴산 공중합체가 0.4 내지 3%(g/g)의 활성성분 17-β-에스트라디올(무수물)에 대한 용해도를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 경피 치료계.
  7. 제1항 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 활성성분을 결정 형태로 함유하며, 이것의 탈수 또는 수분 흡수 성분과 함께 기밀 밀봉 충전 재료중에 존재함을 특징으로 하는 경피 치료계.
  8. 초기에 매트릭스 기본재료의 용액, 분산액 또는 용융물중의 17-β-에스트라디올 반무수화물의 현탁액을 제조하고, 엽상 기본 기재재료상에 층의 형태로 도포하며, 층을 건조시키고, 이렇게해서 얻은 기재를 90 내지 175℃까지 가열하여, 17-β-에스트라디올 반수화물을 결정형태의 17-β-에스트라디올 무수물로 전환시킴을 특징으로 하는 제1항 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에 따르는 경피 치료계의 제조방법.
  9. 초기에 매트릭스 또는 접착제층의 기본재료의 용액, 분산액 또는 용융물중의 17-β-에스트라디올 반무수화물의 현탁액을 제조하고, 엽상의, 바람직하게는 탈접착성(dehesive)의 기본 기재 재료에 층의 형태로 도포시키며, 상기 층을 건조시키고, 활성성분 및 수분에 대해 불투과성이고 외형 펀칭 및 박 컷팅에 의해 분리된 뒷층에 도포시키고 기밀 밀봉 충전 재료에 충전시켜서, 수분 흡수 성분을 충전 재료에 첨가하고, 연장된 시간 이상 수분 흡수 성분에 의해 수행되는 탈수로 인해, 결정 및 무수물 형태의 17-β-에스트라디올롤의 17-β-에스트라디올 반무수화물의 유사 다형태 전환을 수행함을 특징으로 하는 제1항 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에 따르는 경피 치료계의 제조방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 1개월 이하의 사전 저장 기간내에 17-β-에스트라디올 반수화물을 결정 및 무수물 형태의 17-β-에스트라디올로 전화시킴을 특징으로 하는 경피 치료계의 제조방법.
