Abstract

본 발명은 세포 채집장치(10) 및 균일한 단일층의 세포를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 장치는 종래의 장치에 비해서 세포가 거의 겹쳐지지 않도록 하고 오염이 보다 적게 하면서 체액으로 부터 단일층 세포를 급속하게 제조한다. 본 발명의 장치는 체액이 통과할때의 세포 수집용 필러(46)를 내장하고 있는 개방 가능한 세포 채집 컨테이너(10)의 형태로 되어있다.

제1도는 본 발명에 의거한 세포 채집 장치에 대한 투시도,
제2도는 본 발명에 의거한 세포 채집 장치에 대한 분해 투시도,
제3도는 본 발명에 의거한 다공성 배열에 대한 투시도인데, 제1 및 제2 다공성 배지를 포함한다,
제4도는 세포가 제2분리 가능 부분내에 설치된 적층 필터에 수집되는 상태하에서 제1도 및 제2도의 세포 채집 장치의 제2분리 가능 부분에 대한 횡단면도,
제5도는 조직파편 제거 장치내에서 조직파편을 제거하고 세포 필터에 세포를 수집하기 위해 체액이 장치를 통하여 흡입되는 상태에서의 채집 컵에 분리할 수 있도록 설치된 조직 파편 제거 장치에 대한 횡단면도.

Claims (27)

  1. 세포 채집장치로서, 챔버를 한정하는 제1 및 제2 분리가능 부분; 챔버를 통과하는 흐름 경로를 형성하는 제1 및 제2 포트; 및 체액 흐름 경로를 가로질러 설치된, 세포 수집을 위해 조절되는 채집 부위를 구비하며 또한 제1 포트와 통하는 채집 부위를 구비한 다공성 배열로 구성된 세포 채집 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 다공성 배열은 제1 및 제2 지로를 가진 경로를 가지도록 조절되며, 제1지로는 채집 부위를 통과하여 확장되고 두번째 지로는 채집 부위를 통과하여 확장되고 두번째 지로는 채집 부위를 우회하도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 세포 채집 장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 다공성 배열은 세포의 통과를 방지할 수 있는 제1 다공성 배지와 체액으로 부터 입자 물질을 제거할 수 있는 제2다공성 배지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세포 채집 장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 제1다공성 배지는 다공성 막이며 두번째 다공성 배지는 깊이 필터인 것을 특징으로 하는 세포 채집 장치.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 다공성 막은 다공성 폴리 탄산 에스테르막, 비변형 나일론 막 및 나일론 막으로 구성된 그룹 중에서 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세포 채집 장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 다공성 막이 다공성 폴리 탄산 에스테르 막인 것을 특징으로 하는 세포 채집 장치.
  7. 제3항에 있어서, 제1 다공성 배지가 제2 다공성 배지에 적층되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 세포 채집 장치.
  8. 제4항에 있어서, 다공성 막의 구멍 크기가 1㎛ 내지 5㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 세포 채집 장치.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 다공성 막의 구멍 크기가 5㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 세포 채집장치.
  10. 제3항에 있어서, 제1다공성 배지는 다공성 막이고 채집 부위는 다공성 막의 표면인 것을 특징으로 하는 세포 채집 장치.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 제2 지로가 제2 다공성 배지를 통하여 확장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 세포 채집장치.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 제1 및 제2 포트 중 최소한 하나에 연결수단이 포함되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 세포 채집장치.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 연결수단으로 류더스정지장치(luerlock), 마찰연결, 테이퍼 호스 연결 또는 나사 연결이 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 세포 채집 장치.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 제1 포트는 속이 빈 침으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 세포 채집장치.
  15. 제1항에 있어서, 흐름 경로를 한정하는 유입구와 배출구 포트를 가진 하우징을 포함하는 처리장치, 흐름 경로 가로지르게 배치된 필터 및 그 표면에 일차 항체를 가진 다수의 비이드 기체를 더 포함하며 상기 비이드가 배출구 챔버내에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 세포 채집장치.
  16. 세포 채집용 키트로서, 챔버를 한정하는 제1 및 제2분리 가능부분, 챔버를 통과하는 호름 경로를 한정하는 제1 및 제2 포트, 체액흐름 경로를 가로지르도록 배치되고 세포 수집을 위해 조절되는 채집 부위를 가지며 제1 포트와 통하는 채집 부위를 구비한 다공성 배열등을 포함하는 세포 채집 장치 그리고 세포 채집 장치의 첫번째 포트에 연결된 분리 가능한 체액 채집 컵을 포함하는 세포 채집 장치.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 세포 채집 장치의 제2 포트에 연결된 분리 가능한 액체배출 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세포 채집 키트.
  18. 세포 채집용 키트로서, 세포 필터를 통하여 확장되는 흐름 경로를 한정하는 제1 및 제2 포트를 포함하고 있는 하우징을 포함한 조직파편 제거장치; 챔버를 형성하고 있는 분리가 가능한 제1 및 제2 부분, 챔버를 통한 흐름 경로를 한정하고 있고, 제1포트가 상기 조직파편 제거장치의 제1 포트와 연결되어 있는 제1 및 제2포트, 그리고 유체의 흐름 경로를 가로지르도록 배치되어 세포를 채집하게 되어있고 세포채집 장치의 제1포트와 통하는 채집부위를 구비한 다공성 배열을 포함하고 있으며, 상기 조직파편 제거장치의 제1포트에 분리가 가능하도록 부착되어 있는 세포 채집장치; 그리고 상기 조직파편 제거장치의 제2포트에 분리가 가능하도록 연결된 체액 흐름유도 장치로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 세포 채집용 키트.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 세포 필터가 0.3㎛ 내지 35㎛의 구멍 크기를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 세포 채집용 키트.
  20. 세포학용 세포 채집 방법으로서, 가)체액 흐름 경로를 가로지르도록 배치된, 세포 채집을 위해 조절된 채집 부위를 가진 다공성 배열을 포함하는 세포 채집 장치에 세포를 가진 생체액을 통과 시키는 단계, 및 나)단층 세포를 채집 부위에 침전시키는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 세포 채집방법.
  21. 제20항에 있어서, 세포 채집 장치는 챔버를 한정하는 제1 및 제2 분리가능 부분과 챔버를 통과하는 흐름 경로를 한정하는 제1 및 제2 포트를 포함하며, 상기 채집 부위를 제1 포트와 통하는 체액 흐름 경로를 가로지르도록 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 세포 채집방법.
  22. 제21항에 있어서, 다)채집 부위를 단층 세포로 포화시켜서 채집 부위를 통과하여 확장되는 흐름 경로의 제1지로를 통과하는 생체액의 흐름을 막아서 이 흐름이 채집 부위를 우회하여 흐름 경로의 제2 지로를 통하여 흐르는 것을 방지하는 단계 및 라)체액이 세포 채집 장치르 통하여 흐르는 것을 방지하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세포 채집방법.
  23. 제22항에 있어서, 마)다공성 배열의 채집 부위가 드러나도록 세포 채집장치를 여는 단계, 및 바)채집 부위를 슬라이드의 표면에 놓아 다공성 배열의 채집 부위에 있는 세포가 슬라이드 표면에 옮겨지게 하는 단계는 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세포채집 방법.
  24. 제22항에 있어서, 마)체액이 제2포트로 부터 제1 포트를 항하여 세포 채집장치를 통하여 흐르도록 함으로써 세포가 채집 부위에서 배양 배지로 옮겨지게 되는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세포 채집방법.
  25. 제22항에 있어서, 마)세포 채집 장치에 고정액을 통과시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세포 채집방법.
  26. 세포 채집 방법으로서, 가)세포를 함유하는 생체액을, 조직 파편 제거 장치를 통과하는 흐름이 세포 필터에 있는 축전된 세포 덩어리에 걸려서 통과할 수 없을때까지, 유입구와 배출구를 구비하고 세포 필터를 포함하는 조직 파편 제거 장치에 통과시키는 단계; 나)세포 채집 장치를 조직 파편 제거 장치의 유입구 포트에 부착시키는 단계, 다)차액이 가)단계에서 실시한 것과는 반대 방향으로 조직 파편 제거장치를 통과하도록 하여 세포 덩어리가 세포 필터에서 세포 채집 부위로 옮겨지도록 하는 단계, 라)채집 부위를 단층 세포로 포화시킴으로써, 채집 부위를 통과하여 확장되는 흐름 경로의 제1지로를 통과하는 생체액의 흐름을 막아서 이 흐름이 채집 부위를 우회하여 흐름 경로의 제2 지로를 통하여 흐르도록 하는 단계, 및 마)체액이 세포 채집 장치를 통하여 흐르는 것을 방지하는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 세포 채집방법.
  27. 제26항에 있어서, 바)다공성 배열의 채집 부위가 드러나도록 세포 채집 장치를 개방시키는 단계, 및 사)채집 부위를 슬라이드의 표면에 높아 채집 부위에 있는 세포가 슬라이드 표면에 옮겨지게 하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세포 채집방법.
