Abstract

티올 또는 티올레이트염, 디설파이드와 설펜아미드들 또는 어떤 피라진들은 고무의 황 가황에서 효과적인 촉진제이다. 2-피라진에 기초를 둔, 이 화합물들은 공지된 설펜아미드 촉진제들과 비료했을 때 개선된 경화속도를 보여 준다.

Claims (17)

  1. 황-가황성 고무를 포함하고, 다음의 일반식으로 표시되는 고무화합물 100중량부 당 0. 1-17중량부를 포함하는 조성물 :
    (PzS)x(NRR′)yR″z
    여기에서, Pz는 하나이상의 할로겐원자 또는 저급알콕시 또는 히드록실기에 의해 핵상에서 임의로 치환된 2-피라질이며, R은 H, 또는 C1-8알킬, C3-8시클로알킬, 페닐, C7-12아르알킬 또는 C7-12알크아릴이며; R′는 H 또는 R이거나, N과 함께 R과 R′는 헤테로시클릭링을 만들고; X는 1 또는 2일수 있으며, Y는 0 또는 1, Z는 0 또는 1일 수 있으며, X가 2이면, Y와 Z는 모두 0이고, X가 1이고 Y는 1이면, Z는 0이고; X가 1이고 Y가 0이면, Z는 1이고; R″는 H 또는 양이온이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, X=1, Y=1, Z=0이고, R은 이소프로필, t-부틸 또는 시클로헥실이고 R′는 H인 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, R′는 H인 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, X=1이고 Y=0인 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, X=2인 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 고무 100중량부당 황을 0.1-5중량부, 충진제를 5-200중량부, 앤티디그래던트를 0.1-5중량부를 포함하는 조성물.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 오일을 5-200중량부 포함하는 조성물.
  8. 제2항에 있어서, R은 t-부틸인 조성물.
  9. 제2항에 있어서, R은 이소프로필인 조성물.
  10. 제2항에 있어서, R은 시클로헥실인 조성물.
  11. 제7항에 있어서, 통상의 촉진제를 0.1-0.5phr 포함하는 조성물.
  12. 제7항에 있어서, 화합물은 고무 100중량부 당 0.1-0.5 중량부 존재하며, 통상의 촉진제 또한 0.2-2.0중량부 존재하는 조성물.
  13. 하기 일반식으로 표시되는 화합물;
    PzSNRR′
    여기에서 Pz는 하나이상의 할로겐 원자 또는 저급알콕시기 또는 히드록실기에 의해 핵상에서 임의로 치환된 2-피라질이고; R은 C1-8알킬, C3-8시클로알킬, 페닐, C7-12알크아릴 또는 C7-12아르알킬이며; R′는 R 또는 H이다.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, R은 이소프로필, t-부틸, 또는 시클로헥실이고 R′는 H인 화합물.
  15. N-t-부틸-2-피라진 설펜아미드.
  16. N-이소프로필-2-피라진 설펜아미드.
  17. N-시클로헥실-2-피라진 설펜아미드.
