本发明公开了高强度、高弹性橡胶,所述的橡胶含有恒粘天然胶、氧化锌、硬脂酸、防老剂RD、防老剂4010NA、碳黑N550、碳黑N330、聚合硫、N-氧二乙撑基-2-苯骈噻唑次磺酰胺、二硫化二苯骈噻唑、二硫化四甲基秋兰姆、防焦剂CTP,本发明与现有技术相比,通过对各种材料的型号及用量的选择,使橡胶的硬度≥82、拉伸强度≥18Mpa,扯断伸长率≥350%,压缩永久变形率小于22%,回弹性大于50%。

技术领域
本发明涉及橡胶,具体涉及用于汽车减震产品“衬套”的高硬度、高弹性橡胶。
背景技术
目前用于汽车使用的减震产品“衬套”的橡胶的硬度为15、拉伸强度为15Mpa,扯断伸长率为320%,压缩永久变形率为28%,回弹性为35%,压缩永久变形率是28%(70℃×22h),上述性能的橡胶远远不能满足实际的需要。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种橡胶回弹性大于65%的高强度、高弹性的橡胶。
本发明解决技术问题的技术方案为:一种高强度、高弹性橡胶,含有以下重量份的物质:

所述的防老剂RD为2,2,4-三甲基-1,2-二氢化喹啉,由中国台湾顺聚公司生产。
防焦剂CTP-80由博兴科源新材料有限责任公司生产。
本发明的橡胶制备方法与现有的制备方法相同,三氧化二硼与二硫化二苯骈噻唑同时加入。
本发明与现有技术相比,通过对各种材料及用量的选择,使橡胶的硬度≥82、拉伸强度≥18Mpa,扯断伸长率≥350%,压缩永久变形率小于22%,回弹性大于65%。

碳黑N330由美国哥伦比亚公司生产;
聚合硫IS-60由美国Harwick公司生产;
N-氧二乙撑基-2-苯骈噻唑次磺酰胺(促进剂NOBS-80)由德国莱茵公司生产;
二硫化二苯骈噻唑(促进剂DM)由德国莱茵公司生产;
二硫化四甲基秋兰姆(促进剂TMTD)由德国莱茵公司生产;
防焦剂CTP由由博兴科源新材料有限责任公司公司生产;
