技术领域
本发明主要涉及注塑产品生产成型领域,尤其涉及一种高扯断伸长率的橡胶。
背景技术
为了满足零部件的性能要求,例如铁道混凝土轨枕下用橡胶垫板,要求天然混炼胶的硬度范围为72-82,扯断伸长率要求大于250%。该橡胶的硬度比较低,扯断伸长率要求比较高。
发明内容
本发明提供一种高扯断伸长率的橡胶,该橡胶具有硬度低于80,并且扯断伸长率要求大于350%,为了达到上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:本发明配方为:NR,100份;炭黑N990,10-30份;古马隆树脂,5-10份;氧化锌,5份;硬脂酸,1.5份;硫磺,1.5份;促进剂CZ,2.5份;防老剂4010NA,2份;白炭黑,0-8份。

本发明的有益效果:本发明提供的橡胶配方生产的橡胶,具有硬度低于80,并且扯断伸长率要求大于350%,满足扯断伸长率要求比较高的橡胶需求。

本发明配方为:NR,100份;炭黑N990,10-30份;古马隆树脂,5-10份;氧化锌,5份;硬脂酸,1.5份;硫磺,1.5份;促进剂CZ,2.5份;防老剂4010NA,2份;白炭黑,0-8份。
实施案例一:
一种高扯断伸长率的橡胶,其配方为:NR,100份;炭黑N990,10份、20份、30份;氧化锌,5份;硬脂酸,1.5份;硫磺,1.5份;促进剂CZ,2.5份;防老剂4010NA,2份;白炭黑,0-8份。
根据上述橡胶配方,对橡胶的硬度和扯断伸长率进行实验检测,得到炭黑N990对橡胶的硬度和扯断伸长率的影响,如表1所示,
表1为炭黑N990对橡胶的硬度和扯断伸长率的影响:
通过表1可以看出,随着炭黑用量的增加,橡胶的硬度不断增大,扯断伸长率不断减小。
实施案例二:一种高扯断伸长率的橡胶,其配方为:NR,100份;炭黑N990,20份;古马隆树脂,5份、8份、10份;氧化锌,5份;硬脂酸,1.5份;硫磺,1.5份;促进剂CZ,2.5份;防老剂4010NA,2份;白炭黑,0-8份。
根据上述橡胶配方,对橡胶的硬度和扯断伸长率进行实验检测,得到古马隆树脂对橡胶的硬度和扯断伸长率的影响,如表2所示:
通过表2可以看出,随着古马隆树脂用量的增加,橡胶的硬度不断减小,扯断伸长率不断增大。
根据上述实施案例一、二的实验结果,为了达到本发明的目的,该橡胶具有低于80的硬度,并且扯断伸长率要求大于350%,优选的,本发明的一种橡胶配方中
各组分及含量为:NR,100份;炭黑N990,20份;古马隆树脂,8份;氧化锌,5份;硬脂酸,1.5份;硫磺,1.5份;促进剂CZ,2.5份;防老剂4010NA,2份;白炭黑,0-8份。
