本发明公开了耐疲劳橡胶,所述的橡胶含有以下物质:天然橡胶、氧化锌、硬脂酸、防老剂、莱茵蜡、高耐磨碳黑、炭黑N774、环烷油、防焦剂、硫磺、N-氧二乙撑基-2-苯骈噻唑次磺酰胺、二甲基二硫代氨基甲酸锌,本发明与现有技术相比,用此橡胶配方生产出的隔振块具有良好的耐热老化、耐撕裂、生热低、抗动态疲劳性能优异的特点。

本发明涉及橡胶,具体涉及用于隔振块的耐疲劳橡胶。
背景技术
正常汽车使用的液压减震器的使用寿命最低是180~220万次,用橡胶制备的隔振块与液压减震器是配套使用,现有的隔震块的使用寿命往往只能达到120万次,满足不了隔振块的需要。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种用于使隔震块的使用寿命能够达到160万次以上的耐疲劳橡胶。
本发明解决技术问题的技术方案为:耐疲劳橡胶,含有以下重量份的物质:

优选的耐疲劳橡胶,含有以下重量份的物质:

所述的防老剂的型号为4020,由台湾顺聚公司生产。
所述的防焦剂的型号为CTP,由博兴科源新材料有限责任生产。
本发明的橡胶制备方法与现有的制备方法相同。
本发明中,中超高耐磨碳黑、与碳黑N774、天然胶之间的比例非常重要,大于或小于上述配比,使用寿命均达不到150万次。
本发明与现有技术相比,用此橡胶配方生产出的隔振块具有良好的耐热老化、耐撕裂、生热低、抗动态疲劳性能优异的特点。

本发明的天然胶(2#烟片胶)为越南大金杯公司生产;
氧化锌为广州台翔公司生产;
硬脂酸为印尼1801生产;
防老剂4020中国台湾顺聚公司生产;
莱茵蜡为德国莱茵公司生产;
中超高耐磨碳黑N375为美国哥伦比亚公司生产;
炭黑N774为美国哥伦比亚公司生产;
环烷油为上海润滑油厂生产;
防焦剂CTP为博兴科源新材料有限责任公司生产;
硫磺为美国Harwick公司生产;
促进剂NOBS(N-氧二乙撑基-2-苯骈噻唑次磺酰胺)为德国莱茵公司生产;
促进剂PZ(二甲基二硫代氨基甲酸锌)为德国莱茵公司生产;

本发明的抗拉强度按照国标GB/T528-1998标准进行检测,单位为MPa;
本发明的扯断伸长率按照国标GB/T528-1998标准进行检测,单位为%;
抗动态疲劳性能按照按照国标GB/T15584-1995进行检测
