Claims (9)
- 금속띠부재를 냉간압연하는 방법에 있어서, 롤교차압연공정과 롤평행압연공정을 조합하는 냉간압연을 수행하며, 적어도 최종압연공정에서 롤평행압연을 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속띠부재의 냉간압연방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 복수의 롤작업대를 갖춘 다중압연기에 의해서 상기 금속띠부재를 냉간압연하는 경우에, 롤교차압연작업대와 롤평행압연작업대를 조합하여 배치하고, 적어도 최종작업대를 상기 롤평행압연 작업대로 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속띠부재의 냉간압연 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단일 작업대를 갖춘 다중압연기에 의해서 상기 금속띠부재를 냉간압연하는 경우에, 롤교차압연송출과 롤평행압연송출을 조합하여 수행하며, 적어도 최종송출에서 롤평행압연을 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속띠부재의 냉간압연방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단일 롤작업대를 갖춘 다중의 리버스 압연기에 의해 상기 금속띠부재를 냉간압연하는 경우에, 롤교차 압연송출과 롤평행압연송출을 조합하여 수행하며, 적어도 최종송출에서 상기 롤평행압연을 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속띠부재의 냉간압연방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 금속부재가, 압하율이 5% 이상인 상기 롤교차 압연에 의한 에비냉간압연을 산세척된 열간압연 금속띠에 실시하여 이루어진 것임을 특징으로 하는 금속띠부재의 냉간압연 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 금속띠부재가, 압하율이 5% 이상인 상기 롤교차압연에 의한 예비압연을 소둔 후 산세척한 열간압연금속띠에 실시하여 이루어진 것임을 특징으로 하는 금속때부재의 냉간압연방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 금속띠부재가, 압하율이 5%이상인 상기 롤교차압연에 의한 예비압연을 냉간압연과 중간소둔 또는 중간소둔과 중간산세척한 강철띠에 냉간압연을 실시하여 이루어진 것임을 특징으로 하는 금속띠부재의 냉간압연방법.
- 제5항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 금속때부재가 스테인레스강인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속때부재의 냉간압연방법.
- 상,하 1쌍의 작동롤에 의해 금속띠부재를 냉간압연하는 압연기를 직렬로 배치한 직렬배열식 압연기열에 있어서, 적어도 상, 하 작동롤의 축중심을 상기 금속띠부재면에 대하여 평행한 면상에서 교차시켜 상기 금속때 부재를 압연하는 냉간압연기를 압연라인방향의 최종작업대를 제외한 나머지 작업대중 적어도 하나의 작업대에 설치하고, 상기 직렬배열식 압연기열의 최종작업대에는 압하율이 낮은 롤평행압연기를 설치하여 이루어진 롤교차직렬배열식 압연기열.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
