Abstract
본 발명은 초음파 가공 장치(DE)에 있어서의 종진동을 비틀림 진동으로 변환할 수 있는 공구 혼을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 하며 그의 구성은 진동 변환부(1)와 비틀림 진동 공구부(2)를 일체적으로 형성한 공구 혼으로서 진동 변환부(1)에는 종방향에 관한 초음파 진동이 제공될 때 굴곡 진동을 유발시키는 원판형 주체(11)를 설치함과 함께, 그의 한 측부에는 비틀림 진동 공구부(2)에 연결된 연결 돌출 분기(14)를 형성하고, 연결 돌출분기(14)는 돌출 테두리(12)에 대하여 대각 위치를 점하는 관계 배치를 이룬 종진동을 비틀림 진동으로 변환하는 공구 혼이다.

Claims (2)
- 진동 변환부(1)와 비틀림 진동 공구부(2)를 일체적으로 형성한 공구 혼에 있어서, 상기 진동 변환부(1)에는 종방향에 관한 초음파 진동이 제공될 때 굴곡 진동을 유발시키는 원판형 주체(11)가 설치됨과 동시에, 그의 한 측부에는 종진동 혼(VH)에 연결되는 1쌍의 돌출 테두리(12)가 형성되고 다른 측부에는 비틀림 진동 공구부(2)에 연결된 연결 돌출 분기(14)가 형성된 것으로서, 상기 연결 돌출 분기(14)는 돌출 테두리(12)에 대하여 대각 위치를 점하는 관계 배치를 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 종진동을 비틀림 진동으로 변환하는 공구 혼.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 진동 변환부(1)는 종진동 혼(VH)에 탈착가능하게 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 종진동을 비틀림 진동으로 변환하는 공구 혼.※ 참고사항: 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
