Abstract

다각형 소켓 스크루(3) 초음파 테스트에 사용할 수 있는 테스트헤드(5)는 다각형 소켓 스크루의 원추형 저부표면(4)으로 인하여 테스트 결과가 부정확하게 된다.
따라서, 그 접촉기술에 의해 작동되고 신축할 수 있게 구성된 어댑터편(6)이 그 원추형편 저부표면(4)의 사용구조에 적합하도록 하는 테스트헤드(testing head) (5)를 구성한다.
그 기표면(7)상에 설치한 링구조(8)가 일편 또는 다수편(mulitipe-piece)초음파변환기(9,9a)로 구성되어 있다.

고정 다각형 소켓 스크루를 초음파 테스트를 하는 테스트헤드
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 하나의 구성성분으로 삽입시킨 테스트헤드를 가진 다각형 소켓스크루의 단면도, 제2도는 음파발생 처리 프로세스(desonification process)를 밟을때 초음파 테스트헤드를 가진 제1도에 의한 다각형 소켓스크루의 단면도, 제3도는 또 다른 음파발생처리 프러세스를 밟을때 초음파 테스트헤드를 가진 제1도에 의한 다각형 소켓스크루의 단면도, 제4도는 그 스크루 및 테스트헤드를 제2도 또는 제3도의 화살표 Ⅲ방향에서 본 확대도, 제5도는 제1도에 의한 일체링(one-piece ring)을 가진 제4도에 의한 테스트헤드의 확대도, 제6도는 다수의 링(ring)구조를 가진 제4도에 의한 테스트헤드 확대도.

Claims (5)

  1. 다각형소켓(polygonal socket) (15)이 저부표면(bottom surface) (4)와 결합되고, 테스트헤드(testing head) (5)가 그 저부표면에서 떨어져 대향하는 수용부분(accommodationpart)측면에 설정한 적어도 하나의 초음파변환기(ultrasonic transducer) (9) 의 수용부분을 구성하여, 그 수용부분이 저부표면(4)의 사용구조(intended contour)를 나타내는 어댑터편(adaptor piece) (6)인, 고정 다각형 소켓 스크루(built-in polygonal socket screw) (3)를 초음파 테스트를 하는 테스트헤드(testing head)에 있어서, 그 어댑터편(6)은 연질재(flexible material)로 구성되고, 그 초음파변환기(9)는 링(ring) (8)으로 구성되며, 그 다각형소켓(15) 외측면과 어댑터편(6)주변(periphery)(18) 사이에는 자유공간(free space) (16)을 형성함을 특징으로 하는 테스트헤드.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 그 저부표면(4)와 대향하는 어댑터편(16)측면은 흠음(sound-absorbing)되도록 부분적으로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 테스트헤드.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 그 다각형 소켓의 저부표면(4)에서 떨어져 대향하는 어댑터편(6)측면은 평편한 기표면(flat base sruface) (7)으로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 테스트헤드.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 그 다각형 소켓의 저부표면(4)에서 떨어져 대향하는 어댑터편(6)측면은 원추형기표면(conical base surface)으로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 테스트헤드.
  5. 제1항에 있어서 그 링(8)은 각각의 초음파변환기(9a)로 구성되고, 일체의 초음파변환기, 또는 일군의 초음파변환기 또는 각각의 초음파변환기를 작동할 수 있도록 함을 특징으로 하는 테스트헤드.
